went to FV to purchase a swimsuit and cover up…read more Picked out two items and waited at the full change rooms for one to open. 10 mins go by, and a lady who had been shopping the entire time goes up to the counter, gets the agent and agent takes all her items. a min goes by and room opens up, as I walked toward curtain, agent comes from counter with the pile of items and pushes past me to fill the room and called the lady who was near front of store. I said I had been waiting and agent says oh no, she has been waiting too. which I know wasn't true. Finally get in room and the top of one item paired together is a small and other piece is medium, vice two smalls, I stick my head out and look for agent. one finally comes by and explain, she gets the piece in a small, but it has a huge snag, run across the front. I pointed it out before she handed it to me. I said I will try on for sizing but would like a different one for purchase if it fits. I finish up and decide to buy items but again need to ask agent for an item without the big snag. she snaps at me for being so demanding. Meantime, I have watched the agent go back and forth for the women who cut in front of me at least 4-5 times. She walked out bought nothing. I was ready to purchase, cash in hand --- and the agent meandered around, stopped and talked to another customer, and dissappeared for a while, she came back out and then went to clear dressing rooms, still didn't have my item. She walked back to counter, again looking at me like I had asked her to give up her first born. "What ?" I pointed to snagged skirt --- and she flapped her hands.... she walked toward the back again. I didn't see her for a while and then she went toward rooms again - so I left. You lost about 220.00 worth of business and a customer.
