I always enjoy coming to this location because they don't judge based on skin color, age (as long as you are over 18), sexual orientation, looks, gender, any of that. I called several times during business hours, left a detailed voicemail, and never received a call back. When I arrived, there were at least four employees working, yet no customers in the store. I explained that I had a wig prescription, but they acted as if they'd never heard of such a thing. One employee made a minimal attempt to help but claimed they had no prescription for me. I tried to show her the order through the Sharp app, but she wasn't interested. Since I had already made the trip and brought my cousin for input, I asked if I could at least try on a few wigs. I was told no -- an appointment was required. I would have gladly scheduled one if anyone had answered the phone or returned my voicemail. The staff seemed unhappy to be there and were not welcoming or compassionate -- something I expected when dealing with such a personal and difficult situation. I will not be returning and have already contacted my oncologist to send my prescription elsewhere.
