However, when I asked for help finding my size, she stood there and said, "You can choose any shirt, any size, for exchange." I asked her twice to confirm, and she repeated the same thing. When I picked the next size up, she suddenly said I owed about $4 more because of a "price difference." That's not what she had said earlier. To make matters worse, she began muttering things under her breath in another language. I recorded it and translated it afterward -- and what she said was completely inappropriate and racist. It's unacceptable for any business owner to treat customers like that. I will never shop here again, and I hope others think twice before supporting a store that allows this kind of behavior.

More than a week passed with no shipping notification. I emailed twice and used the chat three times. Every chat was handled by AI and marked "urgent," but it still took FOUR days to hear back from a real person. I only kept reaching out because my event was getting closer. The first two replies just said there was a technical issue and that someone would follow up. The last agent finally tried to help and offered to express ship a replacement. I replied within 15 minutes with a new pair I wanted. They were even cuter than my original order, and they stayed in stock all weekend. No one responded until after they sold out Sunday night. Instead of asking me to choose another replacement, they sent the original print in a size they already knew would be too small, plus a plain black pair in the right size. My entire outfit was already black, which is why I had specifically chosen something with color. So now I am being sent two items that cannot use, I did not receive a refund, and I still have to spend another $60 to $70 buying something at the festival. So now I'm out over $100 for one outfit, and I was only getting one item. This was not one unavoidable mistake. The original item was listed as in stock and never shipped. I was not notified that it had oversold and they were out of inventory. It then took four days to get a real response, despite 5 tickets being marked urgent. When I immediately chose a replacement, no one responded before that item sold out too. Then they sent two substitutes without asking me, even though one is too small and the other did not work with my outfit. There were multiple chances to prevent this, and every one of them was missed. This was a huge disappointment. I would not trust the listed stock or shipping times for anything you need by a specific date. Even with an item marked in stock and next-day shipping, I would give yourself at least a month.

The manager had a major attitude from the moment I walked in and refused to do a return as it was 17 days after I bought it making it 3 days past the return window. 3 days during holiday season. I was not asking for my money back, simply a store credit as I do not fit into the skirt. I informed her that I was out of town during the holidays, but she did not care. I asked her if it was for a gift if she would have returned it and she said yes, but since it wasn't for a gift, she was not going to return my item. Immediately she put notes into the computer to inform her other store to not take my return. I am appalled that this is the customer service that the store is providing. It was three days past the window and again I was not asking for my money back. Keep in mind the store was closed multiple days during that time due to the holidays. I am shocked that any store would treat the customers this way, especially during the holiday season.

I should have known better, I've tried selling clothes at Plato's Closet, Flashback, Buffalo Exchange etc...and they never take my stuff. I don't know why and I promise I always made sure they were clean and in good condition. They were brands they listed they accepted on the site: Anthropologie and American Eagle...they didn't take any. The girls were super nice and I appreciated it. But it just always seemed wild to me that they take on brands such as Wild & Fable and A New Day...and my stuff isn't that super outdated again I don't know their process for selecting clothes because they do have curated pieces. In summary, for shopping it could be fun and you can find some stuff but not on a thrift price. However as for selling, unfortunately at this point now I've just never had a good experience selling clothes at these kind of places. If you want to sell clothes you will have better luck on Poshmark where I've sold clothes more easily. So this place can be fun for buying but for selling you might leave feeling frustrated and confused which is why I rated this place at 3 stars.
