I've never rated an airlines before but I had to on this special occasion. My flight was from San Bernardino to San Francisco International and I was seated in a dense seated area of the plane. It created a cluster phobic situation but then came Jocelyn and Aleena and they helped me find a less dense area on the plane with no questions asked. They were both professional and friendly and understanding. this was my first flight on BREEZE Airways and I highly recommend this airlines for the price and the comfort level. Aleena and Jocelyn, thanks again for your professionalism and friendly attitude. That's what truly makes an airlines !!!!

I wanted to take my young sons on a plane, so we went to San Francisco on a weekday. We packed light and were able to get great prices on the tickets that way. On the way home, my three year old was upset about having to wear his seatbelt during take off so our flight attendant gave him and his brother peanut M&Ms and that did the trick! Thanks to the caring and friendly crew, it was a wonderful experience. I hope a lot more people will take advantage of the affordability and convenience of having a local airline minutes away from home.

Greyhound Horror Story - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE (Zero…read morestars if I could) This was the most disgraceful, inhumane, and unprofessional travel experience I've ever endured -- and I say that without exaggeration. I traveled round trip from California to Texas with my elderly grandmother, who suffers from joint pain and stiffness. What we thought would be an affordable and reliable option turned into a complete nightmare. Let's start with the bus itself: the photos and promises on Greyhound's website are blatant false advertising. The buses are old, uncomfortable, and falling apart. The seats barely recline, legroom is non-existent, and the ride becomes unbearable after just two hours. The WiFi was a joke, the outlets didn't work, and the air conditioning came and went as it pleased. The onboard restroom was disgusting -- more like a portable toilet in a junkyard than anything acceptable for human use. We experienced multiple delays, driver no-shows, and long, unexplained waiting periods at dirty terminals -- all while Greyhound offered zero communication or support. Stops for food were limited to 10-15 minutes at gas stations, where passengers were forced to choose between grabbing a bite or using the restroom. But none of that compares to what happened on the ride back. Our bus began overheating and breaking down in El Paso. The driver told everyone to unload because a replacement bus was on the way. That was a lie. After waiting inside the terminal for over three hours, we were finally informed that the driver had canceled and there would be no replacement bus. Worse -- the station was closing, and we were told we would have to wait outside, overnight, with no shelter, no hotel voucher, no food, no water, and no support. My elderly grandmother and I were left outside, stranded, for nearly 15 hours. Even then, we were told the next morning's bus might not have space for us -- and still, no guarantee of a refund. Greyhound left us homeless, hungry, and unsafe. This company should be ashamed. They have no business operating in the travel industry if this is how they treat people -- especially vulnerable passengers. If you're considering Greyhound: don't. Pay more. Fly. Drive. Walk if you have to. But do not trust this company with your time, your money, or your safety

It's unconventional I know and I'm writing it using the Ontario airport site (my favorite airport), just because I don't know how else to thank them. Long story short, I booked a return flight from Cincinnati to Ontario in June for my husband who is visiting a friend that month. 1. Thanks to Michael who helped us get assigned seating for both legs of his return flight (for a fee). My husband then needed the app on his phone to keep track of any flight or gate changes on that future date. The app and Southwest website kept stating that he already had a rewards account and could not create a new one. The problem was that he couldn't remember the username or password from over 10 years ago when he last flew Southwest. (Rapid Rewards also changed account numbers since then because I knew my account name and password but they don't work either). 2. Thank you to Roxanne who answered the second time we called the 1-800 number and not only gave us the account number but also a link to reset the password. She then linked the future trip to his account so it would appear on the app when he logged in!!! Once again, humans triumph over the frustrations of technology. Thank you, Michael and Roxanne. You represent Southwest well!

But, aren't these the best places for some food? The menu can be a bit overwhelming if you're new. There are a lot of options. But, to an adept foodie you quickly find what you've been craving. I ordered 3 sandwiches: The Joker & The Thief: -the pastrami is cooked in their Joker sauce. I had it on a toasted French roll. Added mayo with some pickles! I also opted for "The Thief" which is added cubed BBQ Brisket for +2$ dollars! I smacked that thing down in the car so quick. What I mean to say is, I took the first bite and all the flavors came together perfectly. I could not put the sandwich down. I ate the sandwich so fast I may have lost a little oxygen to the brain as I inhaled the sandwich. Now, I'm contemplating how I can come back to order another sandwich one I live 5hrs away. I still have 2 more sandwiches for the ride home. One is the Green Shack sandwich (Turkey, Avo, & Bacon) and a chopped sandwich Don't judge me.... Yeah I'm an under cover BIG BACK. Anyways - This is a must try if you're in the area. I came in on a Friday and there was a wait. But it was definitely worth it. As I walked out I found $15 on the sidewalk. Keep your head on swivel there is a lot going on in the neighborhood. I give the place 5 Stars well deserved. "I'll be back!" - Terminator Voice

Drop-off and parking is quick, I didn't have to deal with traffic or crazy crowds. TSA services were fairly amiable and the process to enter the terminals was seamless. I didn't have to wait long! Additionally, there's plenty of amenities for people young and old. I saw vending machines with Pokemon TCG items and other entertainment. There's two sizable gift shops with plenty of books, T-shirts, and Californian memorabilia for out-of-state guests. All stores were well-stocked and clean, I had fun browsing the shelves. One thing I enjoyed was the selection of restaurants and eateries inside. I saw a full-size Mexican restaurant and bar, brunch eatery, a Dunkin' and many name brand fast food chains. There's something for everyone here, I was never bored! If you're into airport lounges there's a place called Aspire that has a relaxing space for you to enjoy. Seats were comfortable and most boarding spots were easy to locate! Waiting areas had decent seats with great leg room. Restrooms were a bit far from waiting areas, but well-maintained. My most memorable experience at ONT airport was when a baggage claim lady helped me place a missing bag report as Houston's Frontier Airlines forgot to load my checked bag and sent over an other person's bag! This time I noticed there was a sign right as we exited the bus in Vegas that had instructions as to what to do to take the buses to the strip. My family and I arrived at the airport worried that our bags were overweight and expecting to be charged significant overage fees. Instead of simply charging us and sending us on our way, Hector took the time to help us find solutions. He patiently explained our options, showed us how we could take advantage of checking additional items that we had planned to carry on, and even provided us with boxes so we could redistribute some of the heavier clothing from our overweight suitcases. He never made us feel rushed or inconvenienced, despite the extra time and effort it took on his part. Thanks to Hector's knowledge, creativity, and willingness to help, he saved our family more than $400 in excess baggage fees. More importantly, he turned what was becoming a stressful travel experience into a positive one. In today's world, it is easy to expect someone to simply enforce the rules and collect the fees. Hector went far beyond that. He treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care, and it was clear that he wanted to help us have the best possible travel experience. Employees like Hector are the reason customers remain loyal to an airline. He made a lasting impression on our family, and we are incredibly grateful for his help.
