First timer here, along with being an old lady needing help. I read online how helpful the attendants were, so felt comfortable trying the Broadway Avenue, in Boise store. I needed to wash my comforter, and was clueless how to start the process. Emily was SO helpful, and kind, along with walking me through what to do. Typing this review as I stand in the laundromat right now. The lady working here right now is BEYOND rude. Slamming dryers close, rolling her eyes at us. She keeps glaring at me and my child but shockingly not glaring at the white people here. We are currently using part of one of the folding stations and she got nasty with us. Claiming employees only can use this folding station, we have been coming here for months and have never been told we can't use a folding station. We left plenty of room for her but instead she keeps rolling her eyes at us, grunting and groaning, slamming doors etc. Complaining how she needs to hurry up for her next job. But once again instead of asking nicely if we could maybe move, she keeps being nasty and rude to us. read more

Last 3 times while here had to beg for loud shop vacs to stop spewing dust into the air. Why do they have to vacuum the dust out of the driers everyday while people are still using the driers and folding their clothes? It's 7pm and they close at 10pm but said they feel the need to do it now. Owner: can they do it just before opening or right after closing? read more

The worker with the red hair seriously needs an attitude check or to be fired. The entire time we were there doing laundry she didn't do ANYTHING. Didn't sanitize any machines, told her about people who weren't doing laundry taking up all the spaces did nothing about it, laundry was EVERYWHERE!! she was to busy rubbing up on her man and doing her own laundry and folding her own stuff! You're at work! Stop groping your man and do your job! Absolutely ridiculous! The place was a sh*t hole! I've been doing my laundry here for about 3 months now and the older lady who works there is fantastic and always keeps everything completely clean and keeps tabs on everything! Whoever that red head girl is needs to be FIRED. Way to busy being hormonal on a man and doing her own laundry instead of doing her JOB. Customers were allowed to leave trash and clothes all over the machines. And allowed to block dryers! There were hampers EVERYWHERE blocking dryers! If the top one was being used by someone else the hamper was blocking the bottom one! If the older lady is there, I highly recommend doing your laundry there that day, if it's that red hair girl forget it! You'll be doing laundry in gross soiled machines. The older lady is fantastic and was so on top of everything including anyone who walks in trying to just dry their clothes without washing there first. That red hair girl has got to go! Filed a complaint in the app and never heard back. Photos added to the review are how messy the place was because of that useless worker. read more

Traveling to my partner's family, I stumbled on this laundromat. I'm a one bag packer, and laundry is important. Breeze is clean, welcoming, and only one machine was down that day. (Contrast to my local laundry that has at least three not working as a matter of course) My laundry was clean, no dryer sheet smells, and pretty stress free. read more

Did laundry here a couple of times and thought it was nice... until today when I came to do laundry and got yelled at by your employee before I was even able to get out of my car. Your attendant (Lauren) came knocking on my window, asking if I was going to be doing laundry, to which I replied yes, I was finishing eating my burrito. She then demanded I show her my parking pass? Parking pass for a laundry mat? She told me it was a new thing that you were doing... very strange. I questioned her on it and she yelled at me that she was "just doing her job" and that you have had problems with parking... (I was the only car in any of your spots side or back). I'm not doing laundry at a place where I need to get a parking pass or where I get lashed out at for simply coming and trying to patron your business. Plenty of laundry options in Boise. I won't be coming to this one again, and wouldn't recommend you do either. read more

This place is brand new and very clean. Christie helped me right away and was vey friendly. They provide free eco friendly soap and dryer balls. There are options for single wash up to 10 loan machines. The machines all take cards which is convenient. It seemed reasonable, a 2 load machine was around $7. The machines spin the clothes really dry so the dryer only took about 10 minutes. read more

I do laundry here twice a week and the machines work so well. We have a Cleaning Company and our mopheads are very dirty and they look brand new when we are finished. I came to Breeze as a referral from my daughter. Lauren was working that day. She came out to get my laundry, showed me the benefits of getting a wash card. She showed me how to use the washer and dryer. She offered dryer balls for my dryer and offered to transfer my laundry. What's not to like? WOW - I am glad I found this laundromat at 1612 Broadway, Boise, on Yelp and read the reviews. When we walked in Lauren greeted us and was very helpful, friendly, and sincere. We really enjoyed learning about Breeze and getting a laundry card and because it was our first time, she added a little to our card. She offered the free detergent and dryer balls. The machines are cleaned out after each use which to me is a big plus for this business. The parking lot was a bit busy however, the laundromat was the perfect size and had minimal people. The machines were fast and during the spin at the end, took lots of water out of the clothes so they dried faster as well. I'm sold. If Lauren is there it's a big win-win. I love Breeze Better Laundry. Lauren greeted me with a very friendly greeting and was very helpful for my very first visit here. They have beautiful machines and they take credit cards and tap (iPhone compatible). Free soap always when an attendant is here and free dry on your first visit. Do not come here if you have a broken machine. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Money-hungry business is only looking for people who will use both washer and dryer not just one. Super clean, very friendly attendant named Christy @ the state street location. She explained the washers, detergent and process. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to be very proud to work here. I will be bringing my duvets here from now on. You get a $2.00 credit for every $20.00 spent. She even threw in the detergent (plant based) and my drying time was free for my first visit. They clean the tubs between each wash. This is by far the best laundromat I have been to. read more

I have a washer at home, but no dryer. To save money, I wash my clothes at home and then take them to the laundry mat to dry. I took my clothes to Breeze Laundry to dry them, because its close to me. I put them in a dryer and the attendant came running up to me and told me I wasn't allowed to dry my clothes there because I didn't wash them there. She said they consider all clothes that haven't been washed there "dirty." She made me take them all out of the dryer and told me I had to wash them again. It was an insulting and humliating experience. Who dries dirty laundry? Of course I washed my clothes thoroughly before I brought them there to dry. This place is much too expensive to wash and dry there, and in our current economy, we have to find ways to save money. I'm not going to wash my clothes twice and spend more money so that they feel more comfortable. There are numerous other laundry mats in the area, you can do your laundry for half the price just a block from this place. I wont be returning! read more

Everyone was so nice and helpful! I went for the first time today and they took me step by step through the process. It's incredibly convenient to be able to use an app to pay for/ track the progress of my laundry. Aside from the very friendly faces there, the machines are great too. From the moment I walked in the front door, Jenna was there to greet me and let me tour their facility. I love their free soap and their free dryer balls. I thought Jenna was probably the owner because she was so knowledgeable and really have this company's interest at heart. I wasn't sure if I was being recorded for that show undercover boss.
