Coming here for a while. Since new management, downhill at an alarming speed. Broken machines, a bathroom customers can't use. No one on duty. Kinda hard to justify continuing to use it when there's a newer, better, more functional one two blocks down. read more

Worst laundromat ever. First wash made clothes filthy as muddy substance came out of washer. Second washer took money and did not start. Finally got them washed and the dryer wouldn't start. Sensor kept saying door was open. I was in a hurry so I had no choice but to feed money to another machine. This place is the worst!! read more

Was great, but now there's no one on site to assist you if needed. I love this place for about 11 years and now I won't drive all the way down there from Napa not worth it I'll find a new place. read more

I've been coming every couple of weeks for the past 4 months. It does the job well for my laundry. Convenient location off Broadway. TV's on each side. It's never busy. At least when I go on the weekend. Parking is next to car wash or on Broadway street. Regular machine: Cold wash $1.75 Warm wash $2.00 Regular Dryer: $0.25 for 7 minutes on alley side of building. $0.25 for 6 minutes on Broadway side. They seem to want people to use both sides. Needed a laundromat after a month long camping trip. Chose Jiffy because they were open late (last load can go in at 9:00pm - very convenient!). Brought in tons of laundry, towels, and sleeping bags and got it all done quickly. Clean facility, and the gentleman working was very helpful. Great place to do laundry. Just make sure you read the charges before drying. The dryers in the front of the laundry are 6 minutes for .25, the dryers in the back of the store are 7 minutes for .25. Hey, every penny counts! read more

Great laundromat in Boise area. It was hard to find one. The place is clean, bright, and don't need to wait for anyone. Parking is limited.

Road warrior here....on the road for 3 weeks at a time in a city, so doing laundry while traveling is normal for me. Stayed at the Grove, they don't have a coin operated laundry for guests, so I come to Jiffy Clean when I'm in town. Spotlessly clean (believe me, I've seen some grungy laundromats in this country.) The machines are wiped down often, clean inside and out, the floors and folding counters are clean, and the attendant is constantly working the room. The soap dispenser and change machine is in the far room around the corner. I love the credit card reader on all of the machines. Good assortment of top and front loaders and cheap (25 cent) dryers. Top loader will take only 29 minutes for a cycle on the warm water setting. And the Korean restaurant next door is great for a meal while doing laundry! read more

Clean, bright, lots of washers and dryers in varying sizes & styles. Haven't had a problem with getting the wifi. Just ask the attendant for the wifi code. Like the option of quarters or using card to do wash and dry. Pretty fantastic in the way of laundromats :) read more

Its clean and has a ton of space inside. Everything looks close to new. They have free wifi. The only negative is a shortage of parking, unless we missed another lot somewhere. read more

I only give Jiffy's one star because that's the type of service I received from a one of the Caucasian gentleman who to me looked like a tweaker and has absolutely no idea how to communicate with customers. The man was extremely rude to us and a couple other people and actually kicked us out right at 9:58 even though they close at 10PM. We only had five minutes left on our dryer. Mind you they have a sign that says last load at 9 o'clock we started our two loads at the same time at 8:30. I asked him if we could finish drying our clothes and he replied in an extremely annoyed tone that he doesn't get paid after 10. Then he kept staring at us like we needed to hurry and said again this time louder that he was setting the alarm and he does NOT get paid after ten o'clock. The couple of ladies that were in there had around 20 minutes left on the four dryers they were using so it was a bigger loss to them than to us. I called the next day wanting to talk to the manager and it was the same inconsiderate man. Of course I asked right away if I could speak to the manager however, the manager wasn't in. I told him I had a customer complaint about the man working the night before and how vulgar tempered he was and that I would be calling back to speak directly to his higher authority. I highly doubt he told the manager on himself. I would have gotten better customer service from a brick wall. Even though I received terrible customer service from that man, there is a very nice older lady that works in there and is sweet as pie. Also the place seemed quite clean, and the washers and dryers do a good job. Jiffy's lost my business after two times of going there. Maybe you might have a better experience than I did, but I suggest going elsewhere with your money. read more

Pain in the as to use their WiFi, young girl who works there is rude and closes off machines early. Vending machines don't work anymore and they're expensive. Used to love coming here for over a decade, it's really gone downhill. read more

Great place to do laundry! We'd been camping for a week and needed to do laundry. The manager was extremely helpful and turned on cartoons for my kids. The place is sparkling clean and so are your clothes when you leave. You can use a credit card to pay as well. read more

Nice, clean, attendant on duty, and free wifi. Plus there is a car wash next door so you can clean your car while you wait for your laundry.

It is a laundromat, so no frills here. I go here to do big items that just don't fit in my regular w/d. An exchange that took place there the other night has really turned me off to this place. There is a sign on the wall that clearly states the policy there to be there to attend to your items in the machines or they will be removed so waiting customers can use the machines. I watched a customer do this. Later the attendant gave the guy a hard time for doing this. The sign does not state that the customer needed to search for the attendant. The guy simply followed the instructions on the sign, and pointed this out top the attendant that confronted him, and threatened the guy in front of his child. I was so turned off that I will take my business elsewhere. The ignorant, illiterate attendant should be fired. read more

Worst place ever! The old man who I think is the owner is disrespectful! He has a sign for no pets but I have a service animal with papers and I told him that. He rudely said "everyone says that"! Mostly top load washers. Some front load but they are small, sound like bombs going off, and $3. The dryers are $1.25 for 30 min! This place is run down and very cold. Will not be back! read more
