I was honestly really upset with my experience here. I had been standing in line, patiently waiting my turn to get my next daiquiri refill... and when I got up to the register, the lady behind the counter completely ignored me and tried to take the guy's order who was standing behind me. Now, I hate to be that person, but I had to speak up like, "Umm, excuse me? Thankfully, even the guy behind me backed me up and told her, "She was first." Instead of apologizing, she looked annoyed and just very rudely asked what I wanted. Not even trying to hide the attitude. I tried to stay chill and not let it kill my vibe, we were in vacation mode after all... so I just placed my order. She made my drink, then basically tossed it at me so she could move on to the next person. The drink and the shooters were actually good, I'll give them that. But the way I was treated? Definitely not cool. I wouldn't rush back here anytime soon, and I hope that employee learns how to treat customers with a little more basic decency. read more

I came to Breeze Daiquiri Bar on 01/01/22 to past time as we were waiting for our table to be ready at Its Sugar in Las Vegas . There was a small line and it moved fast. I wanted something small and quick as I did not want to get a full drink here. So I opted for the $3 dollar hello short which was Margarita Flavor. They had so many drink offerings paired with alcohol on tap which was decently priced. Staff was friendly and was a little puzzled that I just wanted a Jell-O shot. The shot itself was very strong with a hit of Margarita flavor. It wasn't any thing spectacular but did get the job done. If I am in the area I would definitely like to try more of the drink offerings and get another jello as it was not bad at all! read more

This location is in Miracle Miles Shops, right around the corner from a Fat Tuesday. They told us the blueberry lemonade flavor was the least sweet, so we got a 32 oz of that. The daiquiri itself is about a 10% alcoholic content. We added 4 extra shots, and after (attempted) thorough mixing, we still could barely taste the alcohol. We ended up going downstairs to Walgreens and getting a bottle to add more shots. Overall, the flavor was enjoyable- not too sweet and great for a hot Vegas day. I wish I could give this 0 stars because I went to this bar yesterday April 20th around 4:30 pm and before purchasing my two margaritas. I had a couple questions about the drinks and how much alcohol were inside of them. She answered my question and then after she made my drink she handed them to me and as I was paying I selected "No Tip" she seen that and said "All those questions and no tips, wow" and I told her if she needed more money to go get a 2nd job. She looked at me in disbelief and demanded I give her my two drinks back, I said no and left. She followed me and grabbed a security officer and demanded we get 86'd. I explained what happened to the security guard and he said "okay just forget about it." I agreed and as me and my family member was heading back to my car she seen us and gave us the middle finger. I was so mad at this point so I went up to her and started recording her, she started yelling and grabbed more security to act all innocent as if she didn't just flip me off. I wrote a statement and I will be following up with this report because this is unacceptable behavior coming from a "Supervisor" I would never purchase another drink here if she is still working there. Tipping is not mandatory it is "appreciated" but for her to act like that is disrespectful. She is very unfit for her position and I would recommend her taking customer service classes and learn better skills for future customers. The owner should fix this problem if he/she wants their business to grow. She didn't even ask for ID on top of that. read more

I visited on 02/19/22. At the beginning we waited for about 5 mins, not bad. I was greeted nicely by a employee who had a sleeve tattoo & was wearing earrings (whose name I didn't catch but was on the far right register).It was only him and another employee there. This was at about 6-7pm. As I let him know I wasn't sure what flavors to get so HE suggested he just mixes them all. On top of mixing them all I asked him to please put a extra shot of tequila. I put my card pin in and as for the tip I didn't leave any (me not knowing it was mandatory & didn't think much of it). He then said as I clicked "no tip" on the payment screen "wooow you're not leaving a tip after I put a shot of patron in your drink? (mind you the shot was $6, so he wasn't giving me anything for free). I then in shock repeat to him "a tip?!" And he proceeds to saying "you're greedy af" I in complete shock, walked away with my drink not knowing what to even respond or if I should even respond. I think this was a very bad experience being that I usually go to Fat Tuesdays instead of Breeze Bar not once did I think I would be called "greedy" for not tipping an employee who was already demanding a tip before I even had to opportunity to pay him! Never going back there. This was The Breeze Bar next T-Mobile store on south bound Las Vegas Strip.
