I sent the artwork via email and brought a copy of the mock up to display the colors and placement sizing for the hats I wanted printed on. I even put my contact info on the same paper for reference to my order However, I was unable to get my order completed due to a mix up in which my paper with a copy of the mock up and description of the color selection for embroidery was ripped in half and misplaced. Sam insinuated that either myself or him could have ripped the paper but he wasn't sure and decided to cancel the order because he didn't like my attitude. I was told I was being messy and gave attitude for not being understanding of things happening on Sam's end. Very cool dude, super helpful but not so organized and professional as a business providing service to paying customers.
