I have really small veins and I'm hard to draw blood from but the lady who took my blood did it painlessly. For those people complaining that they had to wait longer than they wanted to, well obviously there's going to be a wait especially since they take their time with each patients and don't rush you out of there. They also have an x-ray team member as well that assists in examinations that require imaging. The location is clean and it's the best place to get care if you are not so severe that you need to go to the hospital. You also have a portal where you can look over all of your medical information and details from your visit right from your phone. Consider your necessary treatment level before coming.
