Imad was the best plumber I've worked with. I called him at 1030pm Saturday night for a leak issue…read more- he answered right away and came to my house the following morning. Quickly resolved the issue and even asked me if I wanted to complete the project myself as the rest would be easy, and essentially I wouldn't have to pay for certain charges. I declined and said that I would feel safer if he finished the project. He quickly went to a supply store to get the correct parts, installed them, gave me great advice, and great price for everything. I had another plumber come to my house a few days before calling Imad - they immediately said the solution would be to tear down a wall to get to the back of the shower (without even attempting to fix it). This would have cost me thousands of dollars. Imad fixed the problem without having to tear down anything. Also very professional - would highly recommend. Thanks Imad!

The guy told us that it's an easy fix we can do ourselves. Great. Then he charges us $95 (plus tax because we used a credit card, not having tons of cash lying around) as a "service charge." For coming to the house for 10 minutes and telling us to do the job ourselves!! Unbelievable. If you "have to" charge a "service charge" (and he said it's because we called the company "through Google"?? what??), you absolutely need to tell people that beforehand instead of springing it on them at the end of the visit. It's just so shady.

I knew right from the start that Jacky was a pleasant person with a positive attitude. After describing my problem, he gave me a very reasonable estimate over the phone -- something that NONE of the many other appliance repair services I had contacted before him did. It's all part of the game that these other guys play. They charge you a $75 fee to "assess the problem" and then if you decide to use them (Why wouldn't you? You've already paid them $75.), they waive the fee and then hit you with a charge upwards of $200+ to do the repair. Jacky drove all the way from Brooklyn to my home in the Northeast Bronx. He arrived about 2 hours after I called him in his van with a mask on. He answered all of my questions; took his time to unscrew panels in the back and inside of the fridge and closely inspected everything. He found a part that needed to be replaced; he called it "the transmission" to put it in layman's terms. He had a replacement part in his van and installed it. The final charge was exactly the same as the awesomely reasonable price he gave me over the phone. No bait and switch! If you're looking for a no nonsense guy with a wonderful disposition who will give you excellent service for a great price, don't look any further. Jacky is your guy! He left a mess and he said he would come back to install the filter which he never did. I am back at my daughters place and her furnace is not even 9 months old and needs to be replaced. The electrical main board doesn't work due to bad installation. He did not even connect the exhaust pipe and could have killed her with carbon monoxide. He left live wires and the furnace leaked water. Do not use his services; he is unprofessional and irresponsible and should not be working in this field. He said the problem was the thermostat: the photos show the installation is the problem, it damaged the furnace.
