Brenda was recommended to our family to help me work through some ever persistent back issues that plagued me for some time. Desk work and a high mileage body have caught up with me, the main culprit being degenerative disc issues. The disc issues lead to protective muscle spasms which can be debilitating. Oh boy! Talk about an amazing massage.... I started seeing Brenda when I was pregnant. She was recommended to me by a friend who provided prenatal massage in the Bay area who was living down in San Diego. This friend sampled all the prenatal massage therapists in San Diego and said Brenda was the absolute best. I thought that was a pretty good recommendation! I gave her a try and I was hooked. I treated myself to two massages a week for the last 6 weeks of my pregnancy. BRENDA IS AWESOME! I have gone to a lot of message therapists over the years. I stay active with football, rugby, CrossFit, and weightlfting.
