One of the customers that was waiting on his car sitting in the lobby told me to tap on the glass to get his attention and so I did and the guy looked at me and walked outside to the back where the cars are and continued to ignore me. I remained where I was and 5 minutes later he returned, ignored me again, and went back to typing on his computer. Eventually I got tired of waiting for him to notice me so I sat down in one of the chairs in the lobby. My ride was outside so I had to leave. I went back up to the window and still I remained to be ignored. Eventually I said, "can I just leave my keys with you?" And he looked at me and said "why?" I said "because my ride is here." He then asked me what I needed done and which vehicle was mine. I asked him to call me and let me know when it will be ready for me to pick up and he said okay and then I left. More than an hour and a half passed and still no phone call. It only takes up to 30 minutes to change oil. Just like before, I again was tired of waiting. So I was the one to call him. I asked if my car was ready and he said yes that it had been ready and he "was about to call me". I seriously doubt that. Never coming here again! Horrible service. Only giving this place 2 stars because they gave me good quality oil at the least and it's near home so it saved me a drive.

Update (4/16/26) - After thinking I got a good rebuild done, it seems like I was wrong. My car now…read moreloses reverse again and gets code P087A. I called within my warranty period but couldn't get my car to the shop to leave sitting until they can look at it as I was starting a new job. When I finally had time, I called a million times and showed up only to find my calls never being answered and the shop always being closed. I chalked it up that I was screwed over. After doing research later on, I found their second shop. I called, spoke to the owner, who told me he can look at it but because I'm 2K miles outside of the warranty and didn't bring it to him when I first called while they were still open, he could only "see what he could do to help me out" but not warranty their mess up. He also told me they closed the shop I originally had my work done at because they didn't have any techs. Now, my car is back to what it was doing before just outside of my 17K mile warranty and they're not willing to warranty their cheap work. A rebuild should last the lifespan of a new transmission. Not 19K miles later after a rebuild. No other shop wants to work on it now and only want to rebuild it again. I should have listened to the other reviews. Stay away from this place!!
