I'm thinking here we go, it's gonna be one of those days, Martinez finally showed up and was upfront with me, said sir that tire is unrepairable, but I can put a plug in it, since I have road insurance on the tires at discount tire I opted to just take it to discount the next day Monday. I went ahead and asked the Martinez brothers to Check the other tires. Make sure they were good, and was encouraging a lil extra business for them since they were kind and honest about my tire. One tire seem to have a nail in they took the tire off and checked it. And also put air in the other tires. To my surprise, Martinez refuse to take any money from me. I even tried to hand him my Credit card. I did not ask for anything free I even offered to pay, Martinez Brothers said, " hasta la otra, it's OK." And refuse to charge me a dime. These two young business men know and value of "customer service". These young business men are committed to excellence, honesty and hard work. I took it back they said they heard no noise and charged me for freon. Days later my car stopped in the middle of the road. I ended up taking it to a different shop and they discovered an entire part missing from my car. I tried calling/texting Velas and received no answers. I drove to the shop and they knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me my part back. Their interaction was weird when I mentioned to them that the entire engine hose was missing. I am not the first review that mentions they are missing parts after getting repairs done at the this shop. There's also multiple people on social media accusing them of allegedly taking parts from their vehicles. Not sure if this is what they were trying to do with my vehicle but it resulted in me paying over $300 to fix the damage my car experienced after this part was missing and the car was being driven without it.

The dealership later found a disconnected sway bar link and a backwards-installed camber bolt that required correction.
