During my appointments, additional services were presented in a very casual, friendly way--things like, "This would look great on you," or suggestions that sounded like part of the service rather than a clear explanation that each addition would result in another charge. Then getting to the checkout and suddenly I'm looking at a bill that is $500. If this had happened once, I might have chalked it up to a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, I experienced this three separate times. At no point did I feel there was adequate transparency about what each suggested service would cost or what my total would be before proceeding. What was even more disappointing was that I reached out directly to the owner, Barbi, to discuss my concerns and give her an opportunity to address the situation privately. I received no response. After experiences like this and no response from the owner, I will not be returning. I would recommend spending your money somewhere that clearly communicates pricing and makes sure you understand what you're agreeing to before the service is performed.
