The ordering experience is in person at the register and then your treats get freshly made right there in front of you. The young lady who helped us was great and super quick. There is a small bench to wait on while they prep your scrumptious desserts. We ordered the Kookie Monster cookie, the Raspberry Cheesecake cookie, and a Coffee Cake dessert bar. All were served warm and the frosting and toppings go on fresh so they are soft and creamy when you're ready to eat.
