I also asked if I could get screens from them. I was told they needed to take the balance bar and the screen and would return it within a week. it's been almost two weeks and I called to find out what happened this time. I was told the balance bars would cost twice as much as I had been quoted and if I want my property back I could come pick it up or wait until they come to my area. I called numerous companies to find out about balance bars, Everyone was less expensive for the glass repair and the balance bars.
