Chris exceeded our expectations. I gave him five stars for a number of reasons: professional, honest, thorough, knowledgeabl, prompt. Did I say knowledgeable? Oh yes. Very! If you need to shut down little 'Mickeys', call Chris. CALL HIM FAST! We live in a condo building and typically, do not have issues with any unwanted creatures because our building is treated by an exterminator quarterly. A large, well-known company slides in and gives us an obligatory sweep. But recently, one of the owners began doing MAJOR remodeling. Within a week, the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse(MMC) was in session in a number of our units including mine. Our management company was slow in responding so I decided to call Chris. He was able to come out within 36 hours. (Our regular exterminator company said they couldn't service our building for at least three weeks.) "Wait. What did you say?!? 3 weeks? By that time the MMC would be having parties, throwing picnics and having grand baby Mickeys." Nope. Not up in here. I called Chris. Chris came. He saw. He conquered. He strategically stationed the MMC product. He gave us excellent information of Mickey and friends' behaviors, habits, characteristics and what we should look for and how to Mickey-proof our unit. In the hour Chris was here, I learned more about Mickey and Minnie than I had ever learned in the 10+ year relationship with our building exterminator. Chris showed us how the creatures entered our 3rd floor unit-not climbing the steps but slithering up our radiator pipes. Huh. The Underground Railroad. Okay. Chris told us to give the situation a couple of days. The next day, I saw Mickey, Minnie and Baby Mick running as though they were trying to catch a train. Guess they grabbed a seat on the train 'cause it's been a few weeks and no new dropping. The Railroad stopped running and Chris shut down the Clubhouse. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Called Chris out to inspect a recently purchased home to make sure we were all sealed up and weren't going to have any pest surprises in the future. Chris Brennan was professional, courteous, thorough and educational. We moved to Oak Park from the desert southwest and recently had our first "mouse in the house" experience. We left a message on Chris' after-hours line and he called us back first thing in the morning. Not only did he take the time to thoroughly investigate both the inside and outside of the house, he immediately began to fill in the gaps where mice could enter, placed a lot of traps in strategic place, but he also showed us what to look for in the future and ultimately saved us money by showing us how to fix the problems on the outside ourselves as well. After a local beekeeper told me that my 'honeybee' swarm under my my front porch were not honeybees, I called Chris Brennan. Mr. Brennan is the best! We had called another company for a bad ant problem at our new home and even after a two visits and an expired warranty, got Brennan to come and no ant problem since! He was surprised the other company didn't spray the outside as well. While he was there, he mentioned markings where mice had been. Sure enough we spot a mouse. Then multiples. It was awful! I like them. They do an outside green pest control. I have also hired them in the past to do fire ants once a year. One thing that I like about them, is that they send out the same exterminator all the time, so it seems personable. Even when I was frustrated with the mosquitoes, the woman talked to me about it, and she gave us one free treatment. I really like their company. read more

Chris is without a doubt a true professional in his industry. His knowledge and solution to our issue was spot on. We had a terrible infestation of sweet ants....those tiny little brownish color ants that swarm every crumb they find. They were everywhere....no matter how much I cleaned or how much I sprayed Raid down, they would be back in a day or two doubled in quantity. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would, the process took exactly as long as he said it would (about an hour and 15 minutes), and the price was exactly what he said it would be. I had an unfortunate mouse sighting the other night, which is especially disgusting because I have a toddler who is all over the place/floors. So, I promptly called Chris and spoke to him at 8:00 a.m.-- he was able to squeeze in a same day visit (thank goodness because I wanted this taken care of ASAP!). He was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He attempted several strategies and took into account my daughter. He found where the critter entered and where he was staying. He also showed me how they enter and offered a reasonably priced service to seal those entries (yes!). He will come back next week to seal the possible entries but so far no mouse sightings... hoping he's gone and that's that! Chris was fantastic! We had an ant problem we had tried to resolve ourselves for a year. When we decided we were losing the battle we called Chris. He was responsive and and prompt. He was unable to find the nest and thought we would need 2-3 more treatments but the problem was resolved after the first treatment. Can't recommend him enough!
