After doing some patching up holes and killing some of them with traps, it wasn't enough. We called Patriot Pest Control and they sent Jason to us. He got all the holes around the house, that I missed, patched up. He set baits and it wasn't long that we haven't heard mouse activity within the walls nor do we see mice droppings. Talk about peace of mind!!! He also sprayed the house. Later on I noticed wasps a few weeks later and he came out without me calling to spray not just our house but around our property and shed. They say if there are wasps or any insects that happen to come, they will spray again for free as an ongoing maintenance service. They are very helpful, trustworthy and results were evident.

Called them as I was looking to start some preventative services now that I have a not so tidy…read moreneighbor next door. Online it says if you call before 2pm they do same day service. Well I emailed at 4am on a Wednesday, got a call by 8am, set up payment and said first available was Saturday 2-4pm (ok morning problem) well Friday night I get a call from I believe he said his name was Brian and he asked if I still needed service and said he'd be by the next day between 10am-12pm. I told him I already had Comcast coming at 10am as I was told he was coming 2-4pm... so he would need to come closer to noon. Now it was almost noon and no Brian.. I call their office and ask what's going on as I was told my time switched to earlier and was told he had 2 others prior to me to stop at and he'd be to my house by 1:30... 1:30 came and went. I figured maybe he put me back at my original time and waited until after 4pm to call and finally ask wth happen to him now that I've waisted my whole entire Saturday on waiting for this company. I was told that they're closed until Monday so they'd have someone call me Monday to see why Brian did a no call no show... Monday comes and I have a lady trying to tell me that the rep couldn't locate my house... umm he had my number and I had no missed calls so come up with another unacceptable excuse, and waste someone else's time.
