My wife and I recently purchased a house in the quaint town of Sanford and required 3 bedrooms w/ closets (1 walk-in) to be re-carpeted. Our first visit to the Cary store was very relaxing. We were greeted by Jeannie (very nice women). We were treated very respectfully and allowed all the time we needed to look/feel the extensive line of carpet choices, without being "shadowed" by a lurking sales person. When we returned for our 2nd visit (after comparing other carpet stores), we were offered as many swatches that we needed to take home for a more informed decision. The staff at the Carey store do not pressure in any way and were all very well versed and pleasant to work with. The installer was very courteous & professional and did not make a single scratch on our just recently painted bedrooms. I would highly recommend the Carey carpet store if you'd prefer the no pressure, well informed friendly flooring shopping experience. 10/4/2019 Brentwood Carpet on Capital Blvd in Raleigh has always been our "go to" flooring provider for our personal home! They have always done a superior job with product selection, price, installation and customer service! Recently, we needed to replace some carpet at a rental property. I was slammed at work and they offered to have their Flooring Specialist with their Mobile Showroom Division meet me at the property! Drew met me on time (when does that ever happen!) with a great selection of samples! He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very quickly narrowed down what would be the best for durability and in my budget! I decided to replace carpeting in three bedrooms, the landing and 13 steps. My experience was wonderful. From the salesperson who I first met at the showroom to the completed project, everything was perfect. The 3 workers who actually installed the carpet were experienced and left the house with every room being vacuumed and every scrap removed. They worked for about 7 hours without hardly a break. I always like to choose small business rather than commercial store. I would recommend Brentwood Carpets over all the others. They have a wonderful selection of carpets and they are very knowledgeable of the different carpet fibers, companies, etc. BTW, I came home today to find a delivery of a dozen homemade cookies. After researching for quite some time where to purchase our carpet, the reviews for Brentwood were all so positive we gave them a call. Angie was great answering all of our questions and with great flexibility in letting us come in to the showroom. This is a local business and they work hard to take care of their customers.  We were on a difficult timeline and Angie and Stacy were able to meet our needs perfectly.  Conrad and Luis arrived on time and were extremely professional.  They took great care of our home and went out of their way  to keep our previous carpets usable for donation. The installers were amazing with the care they took in our new home. I had a terrific experience with Brentwood! My wife and I wanted to replace all the flooring in my 2100sqft house with hardwood floors. Jeannie listened to what we wanted, along with why (pets), and steered us instead to LVT. I was a little hesitant at first, but Jeannie did an amazing job answering all of my questions and making sure that we were choosing the right flooring for our home. When we had to delay our install a couple of days due to outside reasons, Jeannie and Stacey worked hard to fit us into the schedule on the day that we wanted. I highly recommend Brentwood of Cary for your flooring needs. They have replaced three rooms of carpeting for me with luxury vinyl plank and I could not be happier. They are very knowledgeable about their products, low key and helpful in their approach, expert professionals at installation, and responsible with follow-up. We had Brentwood Flooring install new carpet in a townhome we recently bought. We worked with David Ivey and he was a pleasure to work with. David was so helpful suggesting carpets within our budget. We picked one that he selected and we are extremely happy. The installers were fantastic too. I am very particular about seams and such, and I would give them a perfect 10. From start to finish, my experience with Brentwood Carpets was incredible. David came to our new home to measure for a stair runner carpet and talked me through some options. I stopped in to pick up samples, and once I made my choice, we both looked through the plethora of edging samples to pick the perfect color. The carpet looks wonderful. A big part of the carpet experience is the installation. These guys did a great job.
