Crew came out in a timeline fashion and communication was good for scheduling. So for that a few stars. However, I was shocked at the price - $450 for gutter cleaning for my 2-story 1700 sq ft. detached condo! Woe! Have received 2 other quotes for $350 and $315. They gave me a sheet of what it covered but my gutters are in very good condition - I just need them cleaned out! Seemed very overpriced, hence the 3-stars. Perhaps if you gutters needed a lot of repairs/sealing and the price includes that it might be ok but for those of us just looking for more regular cleaning seems high. read more

Used them for almost 5 years now, nothing to complain about until recently. They've always did their job as agreed upon, nothing bad or particularly good to write about. I've always paid around $205 to get my gutters cleaned. But this year, in the middle of a pandemic, it'll cost $400. While I understand business costs may rise over time. An almost 100% increase in cost is unacceptable and kind of greedy if you ask me. I'll no longer be using their services. There is this gutter section on my 2nd floor hasn't been properly leveled for 5 years - Water drips every time it rains. I called Pat Bresnahan for a quote, then the next day Alonzo and his crew showed up @ 7am (I am an early bird). While Alonzo lowered the drainage, he consulted me on whether the leveling impacted the visualization of the house. This exemplifies that the business cares about homeowner's perspective! Toward the end, the crew cleaned up the garden floor to remove the dirt that was "splashed" down. The leveling fix + gutter cleaning service was $675 (2 hours) for a 2-story 6000 Sq Ft house. While it is a little on the expensive side, the risk involved + customer care + punctuality + convenience + promptness makes this business a legitimate choice. this is the second time I have used Pat's service and both times have been amazing. Two different types of construction for these calls and both times handled impeccably. I had a gutter that fell this time and was hanging by a thread - he was out there in 2 hours, responded to the call and kept me appraised all along the way and went above and beyond on what was needed. In April of 2015 the gutters to our building were cleaned, except they weren't. When we went to take a look there were small tree growing in the gutter. So we called Bresnahan Rain Gutter Cleaning as they came highly recommended. They were on time and extremely thorough. They flushed every inch of rain gutters on the entire building inner and outer perimeters. The unblocked and flushed clear the building downspouts after which they installed wire straining mesh over the top openings of every one of the downspouts to stop leaves and debris from traveling into the downspout pipes. They cleared our two main ground storm drains of pounds of dirt and debris. They also trimmed the tree branched hanging over the gutters. This is a tough job because my house is a tall two-story, and we have a HUGE Podocarpus tree in front that sheds countless thin leaves onto the roof and gutters. I had my roof redone and in the process, the roofers ripped off a number of gutters then put them back up in a shoddy manner, leading to leaks into my house. Roofer refused to repair the issue, since the leaks were coming from behind the gutter and not the new roof, and frankly I was exhausted from dealing with him and his many excuses. I found this company and they came out quickly, assessed the issue and determined they could seal the problem areas (which, by the way, were very high up on the second story with difficult access). They did the work and cleaned/checked all my gutters for a very fair price. Hasn't rained since, so I can't yet assess whether or not I've still got a leak, but based on Pat's excellent communication, I'm sure if there's a problem he'll be on it. I hired Bresnahan to clean my rain gutters. Pat and his team did a great job! I have a 2 story house that has not had the gutters cleaned in years. Pat was on time (early) and communicated quick and often via text. He gave me a quote on the phone and a few days later (my schedule), him and his team were at my house. They also installed wire mesh covers on the gutters to prevent leafs and twigs from getting inside. He was patient and explained the process to clean the gutters. We had Pat clean our gutters and wash the solar panels. His crew arrived promptly at 7am and got to work. They did an excellent job with the gutters, cleaning and repairing as needed. After the solar panels were washed, we had a 15% increase in power output, as documented by my solar panel monitoring software.
