These guys do great work. I needed my roof cleaned (like actually cleaning the clay tiles) because my insurance company required it for some reason. I've worked with a lot of contractors on projects big and small. Bresnahan is not your typical contractor. They left me a bit confused because I called them for an estimate. They quickly came in and gave me an estimate. It was very reasonable considering another bid came in for almost twice as much beforehand. Pat asked if I wanted them to do the job while they were there, I agreed. They got to work right away. Did a fantastic job. Took multiple large trash bags of leaves off my roof, cleaned my gutters and left the site in mint condition. It was so quick and hassle free I was confused about what just happened. I've never had such an effortless job completed. Pat and Alonzo have a seamless system that gets the job done quickly and efficiently. They were so good, I hired them for another project that I thought may be impossible. Setting up an inclined gutter across my entire parking lot. Alonzo was courteous and skillful as the staff member who did a fantastic, professional job with his team, which arrived on time inside 24 hours of my initial call during a gap between rainstorms. I was impressed by how organized, efficient, safe, and careful about doing a clean job they were on a big 2-story house plus 2-story back house with gutters that had not been cleaned in years. Alonzo did expert repair on a problem area I'd specified, then returned the next day to replace a piece of flashing when it popped out during the run-off that happens after a big clean-out. Ok, I learned a lesson, ie, don't rely on my gardener to clean my rain gutters. Why? Because it takes a pro like Bresnahan to look for problem areas like clogged down spouts where all that water is supposed to flow. The result of my mistake, you don't want to know the details, but it got very wet inside my house. Solution, call Pat and he'll send his crew, lead by Axel, who came when they said, explained everything and then did the job with care (plus replaced some broken tiles). Pat and his crew are great. After our recent storms, I had problems with two gutters on the second floor of our house. A crew was there the same day, ready to work. We have an older house - we always need to worry that one repair is going to cascade into four more - and they were incredibly careful, and respectful of the house. They did great work, showing me before and after pictures from the roof -- and then cleaned everything up on the ground so you couldn't tell anything had been done. Pat takes calls in the middle of the night and books a crew in the early morning. The last time i called was the night before Xmas Eve when i had a small leak during a storm.
