I have had wonderful experiences at Dr. Egelske's office over the past several years. I felt the need to share about a new technology that made my dental work even faster and more efficient. I needed a new crown for a tooth and Dr. Egelske was able to do this in just a few hours. He used a cool new tool to scan my tooth and within an hour create a new crown! In fact, while I waited I was even able to meet with the dental hygienist to get my teeth cleaning done. This technology allowed for a same day crown. Gone are the days of waiting for a crown to be made, dealing with the annoying temporary crown and missing work to make another appointment for the new crown. It was awesome! Thank you to his team - they are all so efficient, polite and friendly. Dana, the Office Manager, greets you warmly and always explains my fees and treatment plan clearly. The whole office is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Egelske and his team for skill, up to date methods, competency and personality. Such a great experience! read more

Just had a first time visit and teeth cleaning and everything about Dr. Egelske, his business, office and staff is deserving of five stars. The stand out observation of my visit was that even though I used a recent promotion they are running, you can tell Dr. Egelske treats every patient as if they are his most valuable, and is completely genuine about it. Atmosphere: The office is extremely nice, comfortable and well decorated. To me, cleanliness is one of the most important factors in choosing a dentist and the office is amazing. Equipment is new and state of the art. Granite, stained wood, a water feature and even the video playing in the front was very useful for the minute or so I watched it. Professionalism: Dana checked me in and you can tell just by looking at the front desk she is on top of everything. The office is organized, clean and efficient. One thing that really stood out (this sounds kind of funny but shows their attention to detail) is the new patient paperwork. I could tell they put thought into it and designed it to get the information they need, but not require long lists of unnecessary information. So many establishments give you pages and pages of unnecessary paperwork to fill out. Little things like that just show that they care about their patients time. People: Everyone there is deserving of the five star rating. Friendly, professional and the best with the two things I always look for in any health care environment: Informative and patient. Dr. Egelske was more than glad to take the time to ask questions about my bite, flossing, and educate me. I didn't feel rushed at all. Something I've noticed in the past at the dentist is that it's difficult to carry on a conversation while your mouth is being worked on, but Dr. Egelske has an awesome way of keeping the conversation comfortable and entertaining. It's like having a good friend clean your teeth. I will be recommending Dr. Egelske to my friends and family. When I come across people and businesses that do such a good job in so many ways, they deserve for people to know about them! read more

I was referred to Dr. Egleske after I told a friend I was looking for a dentist more local to my home. Dr. Egelske and his staff were great. Unfortunately I needed some crown work but the experience couldn't have gone any better, considering! :-) His assistant Amy made sure I was comfortable and the flat screen TV helped to take my mind off things. Dr. Egelske explained everything he was doing, he worked very efficiently and most importantly he gave a good shot and nothing hurt! His office manager Dana was able to work around my schedule to get me in when the crowns were ready and I was really pleased all around. Very overdue review. I came here last April by the referral of my boyfriend's sister. My insurance was ending through my job so Dr. Egelske and his staff did everything they could to get all of my dental work done before my insurance ended. I had A LOT of work done. (Several appointments) Basic cleaning, all silver fillings and new fillings changed to white and 3 wisdom teeth pulled. I just have to say the office is beautiful; it looks like a Spa, Dana the main receptionist was so friendly and helpful through the whole process, and the same with Dr. Egelske. I've always dreaded going to the dentist, but my experience was so pleasant here, I no longer dread going if I know I'll be coming back here. I will recommend this office to anyone and everyone! Another very overdue review here. Dr. Egelske is a great family dentist. He is personable, caring and expert at figuring out the simplest (re: least painful and expensive) way to take fantastic care of your teeth! Make an appointment for his expertise in general dentistry as well as Invisalign and exceptional cosmetic work, which we have used as well. Husband, teen son and I moved to T.O from the Chicago area and were skeptical of dentists who seemed to always recommend crowns for any dental problem. Dr. Egelske will listen to you and give you options for treatment, working to ensure that you are helping decide what's best for you. Along with his great work, what also keeps us coming back is his office manager, Dana. She knows his clients inside out and can work magic to schedule around kid's school, sports, dance lessons, you name it. We've had several occasions to have to reschedule cleanings at the last minute. Just because the schedule books indicate that there is no opening for several months, she knows the clients well enough to make a few phone calls and rearrange for everyone to get accommodated. She also knows the insurance company policies and can help tremendously with navigating their allowances for treatments. I cannot say enough about her professional care and personal attention to Dr. Egelske's clients. The Oaks Center for Cosmetic Dentistry (this is the name of his practice) is in a super location as well. Right off the 101 at Moorpark Road, right by the Oaks Mall. Gorgeous office. Easy parking. I could not be more impressed with Dr. Egelske. I used to go into Century City to see a "celebrity" dentist, and when deciding to go with Dr. Egelske and his staff for convenience, I hoped the aesthetic dentistry would be comparable. Fortunately I am even more satisfied with his work and the overall experience in the office. He recently replaced the crowns on my two front teeth, and I think they look gorgeous now! He used his sculpting skills to create beautifully shaped, glossy and real looking teeth. I am very picky about things, and he worked with me to get them just how I wanted them. Not only that, he is very nice, gentle and patient, as are all the professionals on his staff. I am so glad I decided several years back to choose Dr. Egelske for all my dental care! My problem with the office is the constant barrage of rude, personal questions by the dentist and everyone else there to which I am constantly subjected. I just want to have my teeth cleaned and not answer questions that are irrelevant to my dental health. read more

I went to numerous dentists (all experiences were horrible) before being referred to Dr. Egelske by a co-worker. Now I refer people to him! Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. This office makes going to the dentist (something everyone dreads) much easier and more comfortable. My last dentist prior to Dr. Egelske was constantly coming up w stuff that "needed" to get done or fixed to the point where it was obvious they were trying to get as much money out of me as they could... I've never once felt that way with Dr. Egelske which is a huge relief! I would definitely recommend coming here if you need a new dentist and want an office you don't dread going to! read more

Dr. Brett Egelske is as good as it gets. He does outstanding work; I had a mini-implant (less invasive procedure than a full implant) and it was painless. He is one of the few dentists in the country who do this procedure and he has done hundreds of them. He spends all the time you need to be sure you understand anything you are contemplating. The bonus is an excellent facility and highly professional staff. Go see him; he is personally and professionally a pleasure to work with. Try him out for your next cleaning appointment. read more

Best dentist I have ever been to! I've been looking for the right dentist for a while and I have found him! His receptionist is very friendly and patient with scheduling and his hygienist is very sweet! Dr. Egelske is very thorough and informative. My first visit and cleaning was with him and he took every step to get to know my teeth and their health. He tells you exactly what he is doing/going to do and makes sure you are comfortable. I had a couple issues that I was asking him about and he educated my on what is going on, what my options are and my timeframe to get them done. I have asked 4 other doctors the same questions and Dr. Egelske had a great approach and gave me all of the information I was looking for. The office is nicely located in Thousand Oaks and the parking is easy. Inside the office is beautiful and relaxing with fountains and the treatment chairs have TV's!! GO TO DR. EGELSKE!!! read more
