He didn't read anything I filed out, when questioned about the diagnosis of another Dr. and when caught in that lie seemed smug and contrite. Trust this Dr to perform surgery HELL NO. They are downright mean, even sadistic, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money (they don't take most insurance,) I suggest if you can go elsewhere to do so.
