I had an excellent car buying experience at Harbor City. I filled out their online inquiry and Jay…read moregot back to me immediately via the mode of communication I requested (text). Jay gave me the facts of the car I was interested in and went out of his way to send me pictures. I never felt pressured. They were able to pre approve me before I came in, so I had an idea of what I would qualify for. The price was fair and I'm happy I went to Harbor City. Jay and the staff were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I drove all the way from Sanford (near Orlando) because I felt I'd get better service- I was right and I'm glad I made the drive.

We had the pleasure of working with Chris Oglesby for the first time, and he was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. This time around we purchased our Cadillac XT6 and once again worked with Jay Jeffers, who made the experience smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. The Cadillac XT6 was exactly what we were hoping to find, and the whole process--from exploring options to driving off the lot--was relaxed and stress-free. I cannot say enough about this dealership, and I've been purchasing vehicles for a long time! Harbor City Auto continues to be a place we trust, and we're both thrilled with our new car and the excellent service Jay and Chris provided.

Do not buy here, they are unprofessional and shady. I inquired about a gold certified used car I…read morewanted and my trade in. I had 2 different salespeople texting and emailing and asking when I was coming in and surprise neither was there after I confirmed when I was coming. So I met with a third salesperson who took me for the test drive but could not negotiate prices, so a fourth person slapped the price on a piece of paper and said that was what it was going to be. They did give me a little more for my trade in. A sensor went off during the test drive, the salesman said "it's just a sensor, it will be fixed under warranty". This is my third edge and yes, sensors are faulty. I left with the car, big mistake. 2 weeks later the sensor was still going off, there is a vibration rattle and the seat ac/heat wasn't working. I made an appt with my local dealer since Gary Yeomans is an hour and a half away. They looked at the car, ordered the part for the seat but could not fix the other issues due to it being caused by collision damage. The repair bill would be $3000, I left with the car and contacted Gary Yeomans and for an appt. A week goes by and I didn't hear from them, so I called again and they gave me an appt for a week later. I took the car to them and picked up a loaner. A week later, they called and said that I caused the damage and offered to fix it for $1700. I said no, and I would report them to the better business bureau. Which I did, their response was they have proof that the car did not have damage, but will not provide proof. I opened a case with Ford customer care and a certified letter to the manager of Gary Yeomans, TJ Ayo, he responded in an email, not even the professional courtesy of a phone call. He said it was damage after the sale and they were not going to do anything, the "pre-collision sensor" going off during the test drive had nothing to do with the damage. I never heard another thing from them or Ford customer care. I cancelled all additional warranties with them and did receive a check back. I will have the car fixed at Mullinax Ford. My advice is don't buy here and if you do, take a mechanic to look over the car.

Poor Communication and Misrepresentation Regarding EV Tax Credit…read more My experience with Gary Yeoman's Palm Bay Ford was disappointing, primarily because of a lack of communication and coordination between the sales and finance departments regarding the federal EV tax credit. Before purchasing my Ford F-150 Lightning, I specifically discussed the federal EV tax credit with salesperson Luis and the sales manager. I was told that I needed to complete the purchase before September 30, 2025, to qualify and that the vehicle qualified for the credit. Based on those representations, and after confirming that my income met the applicable AGI requirements, I moved forward with the purchase. Luis further advised me that the finance department would complete and submit the necessary paperwork after the sale and that the process could take up to a month. However, no paperwork was ever filed. When I later followed up, Ahmed in the finance department informed me that the vehicle's MSRP exceeded the IRS eligibility threshold and therefore the paperwork would not be submitted. This was the first time I was made aware of any MSRP issue. Throughout the sales process, I was never shown or advised of the MSRP that would determine eligibility. Instead, I was focused on the negotiated purchase price, which was below the limits that had been discussed and publicly advertised. My frustration is not necessarily that I did not qualify for the tax credit, but rather that I received conflicting information from dealership personnel. Had I been correctly informed at the outset that the vehicle did not qualify based on MSRP, I could have made a fully informed purchasing decision. I would encourage Gary Yeoman's Palm Bay Ford to improve communication between sales and finance personnel and ensure that customers receive accurate information regarding tax incentives before making significant purchasing decisions.

My review does not reflect solely on the delay I experienced due to improper submissions of paperwork and computer malfunctions that turned what should of been a 30 minute transaction into a 3 hour, but rather my experience as a whole. In an attempt to make this review concise, I will bullet point the issues I found during my experience: - Lack of transparency on exterior dings/damage/dents between online post and in person inspection that was not rectified in price adjustment or incentive - Low quality detailing/prep of interior of vehicle before purchase. Floor mats and center console of vehicle had coffee/sugary liquid remnants all over them - Computer/Submission delays that prolonged the transaction process to almost 3 times the length it should have taken Overall, I had trouble giving the review 2 stars as at the end of the day, as I feel so fortunate to be purchasing a vehicle. However, I felt as a customer spending tens of thousands of dollars that the experience should reflect that. A totally detailed interior/exterior should be commonplace in a new vehicle purchase, as well as transparency between buyer and seller when addressing exterior damages.
