Pat was able to put my kids and I in a nice, safe car that I could afford. I got a great deal and it was an easy process!

We had the pleasure of working with Chris Oglesby for the first time, and he was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. This time around we purchased our Cadillac XT6 and once again worked with Jay Jeffers, who made the experience smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. The Cadillac XT6 was exactly what we were hoping to find, and the whole process--from exploring options to driving off the lot--was relaxed and stress-free. I cannot say enough about this dealership, and I've been purchasing vehicles for a long time! Harbor City Auto continues to be a place we trust, and we're both thrilled with our new car and the excellent service Jay and Chris provided.

Jay gave me the facts of the car I was interested in and went out of his way to send me pictures. I never felt pressured. They were able to pre approve me before I came in, so I had an idea of what I would qualify for. The price was fair and I'm happy I went to Harbor City. Jay and the staff were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I drove all the way from Sanford (near Orlando) because I felt I'd get better service- I was right and I'm glad I made the drive.

I had 2 different salespeople texting and emailing and asking when I was coming in and surprise neither was there after I confirmed when I was coming. So I met with a third salesperson who took me for the test drive but could not negotiate prices, so a fourth person slapped the price on a piece of paper and said that was what it was going to be. They did give me a little more for my trade in. A sensor went off during the test drive, the salesman said "it's just a sensor, it will be fixed under warranty". This is my third edge and yes, sensors are faulty. I left with the car, big mistake. 2 weeks later the sensor was still going off, there is a vibration rattle and the seat ac/heat wasn't working. I made an appt with my local dealer since Gary Yeomans is an hour and a half away. They looked at the car, ordered the part for the seat but could not fix the other issues due to it being caused by collision damage. The repair bill would be $3000, I left with the car and contacted Gary Yeomans and for an appt. A week goes by and I didn't hear from them, so I called again and they gave me an appt for a week later. I took the car to them and picked up a loaner. A week later, they called and said that I caused the damage and offered to fix it for $1700. I said no, and I would report them to the better business bureau. Which I did, their response was they have proof that the car did not have damage, but will not provide proof. I opened a case with Ford customer care and a certified letter to the manager of Gary Yeomans, TJ Ayo, he responded in an email, not even the professional courtesy of a phone call. He said it was damage after the sale and they were not going to do anything, the "pre-collision sensor" going off during the test drive had nothing to do with the damage. I never heard another thing from them or Ford customer care. I cancelled all additional warranties with them and did receive a check back. I will have the car fixed at Mullinax Ford. My advice is don't buy here and if you do, take a mechanic to look over the car.

Honoring their Advertised Word…read more We purchased an Infinity QX50, after a lot of comparative research. The one sticking point was our need for a Class III trailer hitch to be installed, which, after multiple sources were investigated, it was decided by CarMax and ourselves, that a hitch could, in fact, be installed. After taking delivery of the car and pursuing the hitch installation, it was evident that we were all wrong; no hitch manufacturer produced a hitch for the QX50, because its chassis size wasn't big enough for a Class III hitch. I immediately contacted our Sales Associate, Katie Dague, to begin the 7-day return policy, with growing concerns that the right car was not readily available. We wanted the next size up from the QX50, being a QX60, but with all the exact same colors, trim, and options of the car we first selected. CarMAx acknowledged that finding the exact car may take a little longer, so they extended their corporate 7 day guarantee to 30 days, and immediately opened a nation-wide search for the right vehicle. Well, it didn't take long to find the perfect car (under a week) in the perfect color with the perfect set of features, as it came up available about 1,000 miles away. CarMax waived the transfer fee, and had the car shipped to their locale. We made a fee-free exchange for the new car, paying only the difference in price and the additional Sales Tax (the QX60 cost more than the QX50), but there we no other smoke and mirror games played by CarMAx; They honored their promise, and we went home 100% happy, without any additional "processing fees" or other hidden expenses. They even were able to transfer the License and registration from the first purchase to the second purchase without any additional fees! Thanks CarMax! You are highly recommended.
