I booked a physical to see Dr. Griffith in the Barton/Rockledge location in October and was seen by him and his trainee for about 20 minutes. My employer puts $500 in my HSA when I have a physical, so I make sure to get one every year. During the visit, he asked me if I had any issues. I explained a few issues I have been having. sleep, knee pain, tiredness. He set up a blood test, and referred me to an ortho. He left pretty quickly and his trainee made notes and did a quick exam. I later received a bill for $137 which should have been no cost, as a physical is free with my insurance. I called the office once a month for 3months to get it straightened out, they said he coded it for a sick visit, and would see if they could get it rectified. The second time I called they said he was not responding to the coder. Finally 5 months later, I called again (no one reached back to me) and talked to billing and they said he said I came to see him for issues, so it was coded correctly and would not be changed. This mediocre visit cost me $637, as it overlapped a year, so will never get the $500 credit to my HSA. If you have a physical, and they ask you about issues, should you not be forthcoming? How many issues/or to what extent does a physical visit turn into something else? I am looking for a more practical, better and caring doctor. Really disappointing. read more

I'm make an appointment typically on time not waiting too long. Very nice clean. I was surprised the one on Barton.

I highly recommend Dr. Jasmine cappers at the pediatric office at the Rockledge location. She is super sweet and very knowledgeable and helpful and thorough with my newborn. Always in and out of the office fairly quick. Also the medical assistant and front desk staff are always very nice. read more

Disgusted with management! Poor representation of government use of funds! They treat their employees like crap and expect them to perform top notch. Employees do what they are told because they need a job and management takes full advantage. Shameful! read more

I have always been treated with respect in the Barton- Rockledge location. From the front staff, to the nurses and the Drs. They truly care and make sure they are explaining everything! I suppose they help the disadvantaged with simple health and dental care. Other than that they are useless. I'll never use them again and I have insurance. went to a real doctor yesterday who actually got MRIs ordered and found out all of this nerve pain is coming from my severe spinal problem.BHA has sent me home with a prescription for Naprosyn every time for 3 years and says feel better! Unfortunately the three years I have been going there and trying to get help for this problem has caused permanent nerve damage. read more

Worst experience ever in going here! Waited an entire month for an appointment, because the sign on the door says they cannot see walk-in patients. Instead of seeing the doctor I usually see, they gave me some nurse practitioner. This nurse practitioner either was having an off day, or just wasn't happy to see me. Anyone who takes a scope from checking the ears, and then puts it near the mouth WITHOUT EVEN WIPING IT needs to be fired! IDIOT! Extremely unsanitary. Extremely rude to me from the moment she walked in to see me. I will not be going back. Its not worth living to try and get help from this place anymore. Oh and guess what? I've never had problems here. They always have timely appts. and short waiting times. Even as a walk in the waiting was not to bad. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The lobby was always clean and well maintained. It is a great one stop health facility. I do wish they could actually work on the childrens teeth tho. read more

I have had several problems with this office the few times I have been there. The girl with the bows at the front desk is extremely rude and incompetent. Do not go see the child psychologist as he is not to be trusted and violated our HIPPA by announcing personal address and information over public format. We love the MA and have no complaints about the doctor. Management does not return calls when they promise to do so. Enough is enough and I am ready to file a formal complaint. This is just the first of many complaints I intend to file. read more

The women in the pharmacy is soooo rude. There was only 5 or 6 of us getting prescription s and it took me almost 1 1/2 hours. Then they kept telling me my insurance was rejected. Really get at Publix again. The 2 of you need a new line of work..... read more

I was surprised to see such negative reviews. My experience has been quite the opposite. I have been taking my grandchildren to BHA Rockledge for four years now. While it is not perfect, I can say that we have been treated very well, the people we have worked with are polite and professional, and we love Dr. Butler. I can't say enough nice things about the pharmacy personnel as well. They are the BEST! I've always had an appointment so I can't comment on walking in; however, overall I would recommend this facility. read more

I went to see Dr Jabonite at the Rockledge FL office a couple weeks ago due to my Lupus, I asked her to please fill out FMLA paperwork for my employer to submit to Cigna. BHA office staff promised to fax the paperwork right away because it was time sensitive. I got a call from my case worker at Cigna last week and she said they were missing page 2 of the paperwork. She said she would mail the missing page to me to have the Doctor complete the information. I dropped the paperwork off to the office manager at BHA and she assured me she would get the form to the doctor to complete it and fax it back to Cigna by Sept 30th 2019. I called Cigna October 1st today and they still haven't got the fax. I called BHA today and asked them to please have it sent as soon as possible because it has to be to my case manager as soon as possible. I really don't know where to turn and I don't feel confidant that it will be taken care of in a timely manner Could someone please reach out to me and/or the Doctor to get this issue taken care of asap? Their answering service is terrible you can cal leave multiple messages and never receive a call back even a week later. Call and never get an answer this has been an issue with this location for over a year they need to clean house and hire mostly all new staff terrible read more

clearly i should have looked at the reviews before i chose to make this my primary care. i, too, had a horrible experience. my appointment was at 9 and i arrived at 9:03 because i couldn't find my keys for a few minutes before leaving my home. they immediately threatened to cancel my appointment for being 3 minutes late. anxiety triggered already, not off to a good start as a new patient. i rush through my paperwork just to sit there for about 10-15 minutes before they call me back. the nurse assistant and doctor were honestly great but the girl that did my check out was TERRIBLE. shes a young-ish dark brown woman who wears a blue mask and has a hand drawn picture of herself with the blue mask hanging up next to her. i guess she thinks highly of herself but i'm not sue why. anyway, she was so condescending and passive aggressive. in the 15 minute interaction we had, she cut me off atleast 10 times in the middle of my sentence. i decided to just talk less and listen more, hoping she would hurry up and schedule my next appointment so i could leave. that's when she started "ok???" "did you hear what i just said???" after every sentence if i did not verbally respond. i'm sorry, is this a doctors office or boot camp? if i'm standing here in front you quietly listening to you, i don't owe you sh*+ else. do your job, make my next appointment, and get me out of here, before i cuss your crazy tail self out. atleast i wish i could have told her that last part to her face. but luckily, my mama raised me to treat people with respect, unlike her parents who raised her to be rude and miserable. i'm gonna go ahead and find another primary to go to. this place is trashy and unwelcoming. read more
