They'll try not to cuss too much, but they're not above a comment or two at your back as you walk away. They sure as heck won't mask, wear gloves, or sanitize between customers, so bring wipes for the cups and hand sanitizer to stay safer. I'd be upset about this behavior in a more, um, cosmopolitan place or somewhere that prides itself on hospitality, but this is not one of those places. Rural Nevada towns have turned not caring about other people into a sort-of local art form. This is, actually, good service in this neck of the...sagebrush. Recommended, in part because there's nothing else to recommend, really. We got the nitro cold brew, hot house brew, and an iced americano. You can tell that they use high quality, well roasted beans for their coffee. Dark roasts aren't our favorite but theirs all tasted good, slight chocolatey flavor but not burnt. They use nugget ice! Service was kind and accommodating, it seems like they have a lot regulars. The space is shared with their roaster, Kube's. Clean bathrooms, cute rustic decor, and also ICE CREAM! We had the huckleberry and Oregon cherry which were delicious and made with real fruit. They are a bit spicy but I love spicy food so right up my alley. The restaurant inside the casino has the typical old school restaurant vibe. Pastrami was on point, tater tots are amazeballs!! The Jack in the Box classic patty melt sourdough sandwich I ordered (because of the fond memories from my favorite high school Hangout in SoCal) had a thin, well done hamburger patty that didn't come close to reaching the edges of the bread. The slices of sourdough grilled in butter like on a classic grilled cheese sandwich was missing any oil or butter or bacon grease when it got toasted-- No butter on the grilled bread-- just a slice of thin barely warmed and toasted bread laid on a flat grill for a moment or two to get warm.
