Great coffee and tasty food in Waimea! The location is in the spacious parking lot at Waimea Plantation Cottages. Great service and perfectly located for people coming to visit Waimea Canyon And an every day stop for locals.

    Cool sign!

One of the few places open Sunday on the West Side, coffee and sandwiches were on point. Loco Moco on a Croissant.

For some reason Break+Feast had eluded me due to not visiting the new mall area called Koloa Village https://www.koloavillage.com/the-village Finally, after many people had recommended this spot, and after getting a GC for my birthday, we made our way there. Firstly, it is very busy. My husband and I did have to wait a bit, but the staff was super nice. (As you can see if you go to their website, a res is recommended https://www.breakandfeast.com/reservations The wait staff seamed a bit thin and overwhelmed, although they still maintained a positive appearance. The food is very fresh, and creative. My favorites: The Curry Vegetable Scramble - with tofu * I am a bit confused as the Break+Feast website says their hours are: Monday 9am-1pm, Tuesday-Saturday 7am-1:30pm On the Koloa Village website it says Tuesday-Saturday 7:30am-2pm and Sunday and Monday closed. This is a frustrating thing about Kauai- weird hours. **The food was so good we bought GC's for our church staff for Christmas TY Dr. Val

My wife and daughter also had the loco moco and they loved it. My little one had the mac n cheese and she too loved her dish. Service: Service was great and staff were very polite and welcoming. Ambiance: Had a great laid back and welcoming feeling. Overall, I would def come back when we visit Kaua'i which is typically an annual trip for us.
