The only feedback is that the bottom of our hot coffee drink collapsed 10 minutes into drinking it and spilled all over our laps. Just wanted to bring this up so that you can consider changing cup suppliers if this is a recurrent problem. read more

I stopped here for breakfast before heading out on a boat cruise for the day and I'm so glad I took the time to check this venue out. Luckily it was a quick 8 minute walk from where we were staying so accessing the food truck was easy. I can't recall the name of the item I purchased, but it had banana, Biscoff drizzle, and coconut whipped cream. Omg it was absolutely amazing, and it hit the spot at 630a that morning! Their coffee was delicious too, there's something about Hawaiian coffee that absolutely does not disappoint. Staff were friendly and it was very quick to get my items brought out. Super cute truck and the menu was easy to navigate. Service was quick and kind. I was under the impression that each order is two waffles prepared the way described but it is one waffle. It is thick and hearty so I wasn't even able to fully finish mine but my husband ate his, and everyone else's leftovers. I ordered the leprechaun and the macdaddy 1/2 and 1/2 super sugary but the fruit was so yummy! I also ordered the sunrise latte which was alright. This waffle truck is located across the street from the Marriott resort. There are covered tables, which is helpful when it rains (which it was when we went). There are many chickens and roosters around, but they're just entertainment, unless you feed them. Liege waffles are sweeter and denser than your usual Belgian waffle. It makes for a caramelized crust--crispy on the outside, soft (but dense) on the inside. HIGHLY recommend sharing (which we didn't and my tummy is FULL). I got the Mac Daddy, which had Mac nuts, bananas and homemade whipped cream. There was vanilla syrup on it too. It seemed like the least sweet option and I'm not a sweet lover (take this with a grain of salt). It was very sweet, IMO. But it was delicious! I loved the different textures and flavors. Hubs got the BOB, where you can choose two to make one order. He got the Mac Daddy and the Dragon, which had coconut chips, Belgian chocolate drizzle, pineapple and coconut whipped cream. That one was SWEET and also delicious. Each waffle was $14-15. One nice thing is they cut the waffle for you, so each is bite sized. Highly recommend this local treat! (The only reason I didn't give five stars is that it was a bit too sweet for me. If you love, sweet, you would definitely give this place five stars!) read more

This has been one of my favorite new finds on the island! Don't let the fact that it's a good truck deter you. These waffles are so extremely good! There is ample parking and shaded seating in front of the truck. The waffles themselves are chewy and crispy, golden brown and toasted to perfection. The staff is so warm and kind. Aloha Liege is parked in a spot with a handful of other food trucks. There was ample seating, all covered. We showed up at 7am and were all by ourselves!
