Needed a boba shop to stop by and try here in the city after walking around all day! Food - We ordered a passion fruit green tea and shared some popcorn chicken and fries. The passion fruit green tea was so refreshing on the nice Spring day! The fries were also a great snack and the popcorn chicken was freshly made. It all went well with the drink! Service - The two people up front were incredibly friendly. The food came pretty quickly and the drinks were made very well! No complaints. They were super nice too about letting my dogs friend walk through the shop for us to sit in the back patio. Environment - TONS of seating area! There's seating area at the back as well. It seems like a great place to chill and hang out or study. Such a great spot!

Got the taro bubble tea with 25 percent sweetness which they said is made with a taro syrup purée. Even at 25 percent it was sooo sweet! Had that artificial bubble tea flavor. Chucked it after a couple sips.

Super cute, Instagram-friendly spot to meet up with a friend or catch up on some work in the neighborhood. I haven't yet ordered the food but the drinks are delicious. There are a few seats looking out on 7th Avenue in the front and more seating in the back. This area can seem busy, but I found there's a nice ebb and flow to people who will leave so there isn't really ever much of a wait.

I don't even drink coffee anymore but this is still one of my new favorite go-to spots because they are way more than just a cafe. They are a cafe that serves up some bomb bubble tea, yummy dumplings and delicious fried rice just to name a few. They are so many options that anyone is sure to find something if not everything appealing to them. The shining star is their Young Chow Fried Rice which is their version of a house special fried rice that is light and flavorful; you can actually taste each of the meats and the hint of sesame oil! I frequently pair that with an order of Chicken Wontons which I opted for pan-fried over just steamed. I'm even a fan of the shredded carrots and cucumbers as garnish as well the sides of sweet soy and chili oil that accompanies the dumplings and wontons. Let me not forget about those Dan Dan noodles that perfectly cooked every time. A shoutout goes to the staff for their great customer service. Ivy and Jason are always attentive. The best indicator of good service here is consistently getting my order correct. I appreciate that so much because I'm often just running in, ordering and eating while I drive because the food is good! I highly recommend checking them out when in the area! I would avoid them during the after school hours during the week though because they get swamped by the local school kids.

Strawberry Matcha Fusion Bubble Tea, so tasty! The staff is absolutely friendly. The avocado toast (+) egg is so yummy. Great way to start my day

    Fried Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich

I was here yesterday for a Yelp event and I left my umbrella here; I called this morning, and they were super nice about it. I came back to get it and ordered the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich ($12) because I couldn't get enough of it yesterday and oh my goodness, it was waaaay better because it was super fresh and hot. Word of warning though: devour immediately. I took a bite (almost burned my tongue) and it was heavenly, but it had cooled down significantly 20 minutes later by the time I got home and the texture of everything was totally different. At its prime, the chicken is crispy, juicy and flavorful; the egg oozes with yolk and elevates the sandwich; the carrots and cucumber are crunchy and cold; the spicy mayo ties everything together. It's nice that this also comes with freshly fried fries; I would absolutely recommend getting this to stay. At around 5:15pm on a weeknight, Brew Memories is not very crowded; it looked like most of the tables were occupied, but it might have been possible to snag a seat for some studying. There's an area by the front that is standing room only, so I grabbed a bite there before heading out. I would definitely come back to chill or study on a weekend with a drink in hand and tasty food to tide me throughout the day - yay for free wifi!

I like to occasionally work in cafes but don't always want coffee, so Brew Memories was perfect. They have ample seating indoors (with outlets) and in their backyard. I came around 10am on a Thursday and was able to score a table easily. It seems like they cater mainly to WFH patrons in the morning, but it gets more crowded in the afternoon. I got the chicken bao ($3.50) and the matcha brown sugar latte ($6). The bao made for a nice light lunch but unfortunately the matcha latte needed more matcha as it tasted mainly like sugary milk. Their fruit teas looked to be more popular so maybe will try that next time.

Came over here for some bubble tea while waiting for my tax appointment across the street. Cute place and staff are nice. Good pastries, I had the bear one since it was so cute. It was chewy and moist and tasted like coconut and vanilla. The matcha strawberry bubble tea was unique, not super strawberry flavored but enough. Very sweet but good. The boba tasted very fresh and soft. Total for the drink and pastry was around 9 dollars, so a little hefty. The drink was one size and not that big. But I loved the way everything tasted!

This place kind of took me by surprise, only cause I didn't expect it to be so cute and warm! I didn't get a chance to try their food, however, I did try their lychee green tea and it was very refreshing and sweet. A huge plus is them being a cafe with outlets... I feel like not a lot of cafes have outlets anymore! Awesome customer service. Everyone is very attentive and willing to provide any suggestions if needed. Perfect little instagrammable spot :)

Came here to grab a quick snack and found it packed on the weekend! I ordered the matcha rose, lychee green tea w/ lychee jelly and Taiwanese popcorn chicken. The matcha rose had a good balance between the two flavors and "less sweet" was the perfect amount of sweetness for me. The lychee green tea tasted good but was nothing special. The popcorn chicken was the most disappointing -- barely any flavor and was more like chicken nuggets than the crispy, addictive, bite sized chicken I was expecting. Spicy mayo and a sweet chili sauce was also advertised to come with the chicken but I just got ketchup packets. Overall, good place to grab drinks and friendly workers. Also looked like there was plenty of seating in the back too

I happened to find this place through Yelp when i was looking for cafes in the area. I loved that they had a lot of boba flavors and i read good reviews. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I got there after 4 and a lot of the pastries and buns were already sold out that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. They also didn't have any boba but i substituted it for lychee and it actually tasted really good! I ordered a taro tea with oat milk and lychee. I do plan on coming here again and i hope the buns and pastries will be available

One thing I liked about these tablets is that it did have some recommended suggestions of what the best milk and sugar level would be for each drink. I found this drink was a little boring and wish I had ordered a topping like cheese foam in addition to it, but was served in a cute plastic mason jar looking cup. My friend got the Creamy Real Taro Paste Bobo with organic oat milk, milk tea and light ice. I had also selected the option to sample the Taro, but sadly was not offered any. This drink was much more exciting and I really enjoyed the unique flavors and texture when I got to try several sips of it. Again, one thing that really stood out was the variety of selections one could make when customizing their drink. This place looks like it has rotating/seasonal options and an interesting food menu as well and so I do plan on returning!

I ordered a Grilled Pork Banh Mi with medium spicy, and sat in the AC'd store while they prepared my food. Got my hot bag, then went on my way towards Prospect Park. Due to unforeseen events, I ate my Banh Mi about 2 hours later, while it was still warm enough, this banh mi was still absolutely delicious. The sandwich has a slight kick (pretty strong for medium), but it was definitely not overwhelming. Pickled veggies are fresh, crispy, and not overpowering either. The meat was delicious!!! Grilled perfectly, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Bun is also delicious. I don't know what to say, didn't try their pho or boba, but their banh mi is worth a visit, and a return visit. I was super happy that this place didn't opt for the usual mayo bland dressing that most Viet places use, but they kept their sandwich juicy yet not heavy. Great food.

I just had Garden Rolls last week at a neighboring competitor (a new spot) which turned out to be disappointing (read my review). Today's rolls were what they're supposed to be: the rice paper was thin and tender to the bite. The Garden Roll included cucumbers and mint (shredded carrots absent. Or maybe it's supposed to be without?) and the Summer roll lined up the shrimp which was visible through the rice paper. Both were delicious. Important key to these rolls is the peanut dipping sauce. Theirs was thick enough but with the ability to dip those yummy rolls with every bite. Satisfied customer and will return.

I decribe the amount of herbal jelly topping to be scant, conveying insufficiency or minimalism. There were absolutely nothing alleged special of this peach sauce. I have chosen my default 30% sugar which highly counteracted with the lime. The lime and lime pulp were very strong. My drink tasted intensely sour, albeit refreshing. A lime drink is not my desideratum. Lime is not my interest. The woman cashier/ server Mattie was attentive, friendly welcoming who served with warm hospitality and patience for customer service.
