Let me preface this by saying that ALL OF the employees at this location are beyond excellent at their job. The owner SUCKS AT HER JOB. Since I come here every single day for a cold brew, I get to know all of them pretty well. I even met the owner one time when all of her employees called out sick and she had to run the coffee booth for the day. (What a nightmare, she had no idea what she was doing. My cold brew sucked and it's the easiest coffee in the world to make) So anyways, for the last three weeks or maybe more, I have been showing up, hoping that the owner of this damn place finally went and picked up some nitrogen For her cold brew machines, but nope. I don't know if she's just a lazy slob or what the deal is, but her employees can't go and get the nitrogen for her. That's the owner's job. If she can't handle doing it, she should hire an assistant manager of some kind to go and do these kinds of things because a business will never be successful Long-term unless they do what it takes to please their customers. I am far from pleased with the owner of this establishment. It's a joke, she's a joke. The simple fact that she can't drive to Concord or wherever the hell it is and pick up bottles of nitrogen for her company gives me secondhand embarrassment for the employees and I don't even work for her. It's actually quite embarrassing for the employees, One in particular told me that they're tired of saying that they don't have cold brew because they know that I come every day for one And they know how easy the fix is. Just go and pick up the damn nitrogen. I won't name names, I can see it on their faces every time I ask for a cold brew and they have to tell me "I'm sorry we don't have the nitrogen and we haven't for weeks" and they have been telling me that every single day for weeks on weeks on weeks. I would get pretty embarrassed, wouldn't you? When will this lazy owner go and do her job? How hard is it to drive and pick up tiny bottles of nitrogen? I've never heard of something so pathetic. I will start driving to the Napa location for my cold brew. At least the owner there knows what the fuck they're doing. I hope that the owner of the American Canyon store reads this, I'm sure she will. And the next time I go to get my cold brew there better be some damn nitrogen in those machines Or I will raise hell. I know the owner's name, I will bite my tongue this time, but not for very much longer. This shit is getting so damn old. @Owner you suck at your job. You seemed really nice when I met you that one time you had to work the booth, but nice isn't the same as ambitious. You are nice and lazy. The most messed up part is her employees have to pay the price. I'm sure there are customers out there who blame the employees instead of the owner even though the employees can't do anything about it. I can only imagine what they go through every single day when they have to say "no" to tired, grumpy, cold brew fans every single morning. Had to wait for the barista to finish talking to someone parked at the window. When he went back inside the stand he helped another customer who drove up on the opposite side of the stand AFTER I had pulled up and waited behind the person parked at the window. Ordered an iced brown sugar cinnamon latte which he did prepare quickly. DISGUSTING. It was warm and watered down. Do better. read more

Great option in American canyon for breakfast and coffee/tea options. It's a small drive-thru stand but I was happy to get my pumpkin spice latte since PSL season on the east coast isn't here yet. Service was really good, kinda slow though. I'm used to east coast speed where your order comes out almost as soon as you place it. It's a casual but lovely coffee option. My sister and cousin has told me about this place several times and I was finally able to go. I ordered a medium black and white hot mocha and it was delicious!! There was a small line but we got our order fairly quickly. My sister ordered a large hot peppermint bark mocha and bacon breakfast burrito and they were both tasty. Well worth the drive. read more

Never came here before but the first time coming, had to come back the next day! I got three drinks the first time: peppermint bark mocha, white and black and a black coffee. I also got the peppermint brownie cookie and the s'mores cookie!! I definitely enjoyed my coffee which was the peppermint bark mocha!! It had the peppermint was clearly in there, it was not too sweet nor too strong. What was sweet was the s'mores cookie, but that is to be expected. I didn't taste the black and white mocha, but it also was a favorite. The staff working the booth stand, was friendly and gave us the recommendations of the black and white and the peppermint brownie cookie, which is why we got them. The place is just a drive-through booth. Definitely will be coming back, want to try the breakfast options read more

I have been trying to stay away from the cooperations like Dutch bros and Starbucks and look for that good home feel coffee, this place is that with amazing smiles and attitudes from each worker you'll get a delightful coffee in return with possibly a good convo :) I come to Vallejo a TON and will make that drive from Vallejo to American canyon just so I can get them amazing drinks keep being awesome! read more

Stopped by about an hour before closing. No line, quick, friendly service. I tried the Blushing Lady energy drink, sooo good! Very refreshing & energizing. They use Lotus Energy & Torani syrups. Also picked up a whip freeze coffee for my parents too. They gave a thumbs up approval on their drink. I'd come back again if I'm in the area.
