    Super Breakfast Burrito

I was craving a breakfast burrito. Not being from the area Yelp was my best. I found this cafe and I love it. It's so nice, clean, calm and easy to find parking. The customer service was A1. I was greeted the second I hit the door by a beautiful sweet young lady. The cafe has nice soulful music playing in the background as well. My breakfast burrito was a HIT 5/5 or 10/10. This is a great cafe to lounge chill and get some work done if you are in the area. Check it out. It's worth the trip. #Vibe

I love this Black Owned establishment. They believe in the Lord and have a church in Vallejo as well. Coffee is good but the food is FIRE! I had several things but the best thing was the Philly Cheese! Why does the coffee shop have a bomb Philly!? Plain and straight to the point but FIRE! Make sure you pull up!

I've been seeing and hearing about this place on social media, so after getting my nails done today, I decided it was finally time to try it. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the barista, who stopped what she was doing to come over and help me at the register. When I told her it was my first time there, she encouraged me to take my time because they have so many great options. I ended up choosing a caramel macchiato and, surprisingly, a hot link sandwich. Then I grabbed a table in their very cute seating area--total coffee shop vibes. A short time later, the barista brought out my drink and sandwich, and I was thoroughly impressed, especially with the hot link sandwich. It was made perfectly. My coffee actually tasted like coffee--not watered down like at some places. They've definitely gained a repeat customer. I'm more than happy to support this great Black-owned business!

Had Lovely Jury Duty and the Grind Cafe is right across the street. Very friendly staff, I was greeted as I came in. Plenty of seating inside, they play great music and it's really clean inside. Ordered a chai latte with oat milk and their toasted tomato sandwich. My chai was perfect with the right ratio of chai and milk. My sandwich was yummy, I really liked the pesto and garlic butter spread. Would def come back to try their jalapeño popper burrito. If I get chosen to serve another day of jury duty tomorrow, I'll be back here for lunch.

Looking for the chill, vibey, spacious coffee shop where you could cuddle up on a date, cozy up with a book, or just take a nice food/bevy break from the ebb&flow of life -- then the Grind Cafe is where it's at. My fiancé and I have been exploring more spots in Vallejo and this one did not disappoint us. Folks were super friendly, the menu options endless, and plenty of indoor, electic seating. We love that this a black owned business, the food is on point, and they even hold events in their stage area -- super communal! We got a favorite of ours, breakfast burritos and it was so so good. The only downside about my order was the lemonade. It's not fresh squeezed or homemade; they use country time powder (saw it with my own eyes). Other than that I would return again for some more food and good ambiance. What's not to love?

Stopped for a breakfast burrito after a long flight from NY & wow what a delicious breakfast that was! The staff was friendly and the place itself is beautiful. Of course I had to try their coffee & it was a 10/10 experience

Always love an excuse to drop in here. Haven't visited since before the expansion. I walked in and saw a special for Biscoff Latte and Matcha Dubai Chocolate. I got the Dubai and stopped everything to post that IT TASTES JUST LIKE THE DUBAI CHOCOLATE CANDY, but well balanced with the coffee. I had mine with almond milk and it goes really well together. Don't miss this fun new drink or always lovely space.

Omg!!! My coworkers told me about this location and I am so glad I decided to come. All I kept hearing about was the bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich. All I can say is, PERFECTION! The owner and her staff were top-notch professional. Personable and full of smiles. You can feel a peaceful vibe in the air. Not to mention the scriptures throughout the building, one being my favorite "THE JOY OF THE LORD IS MY STRENGTH". I told the owner she will be getting all my money lol. I work around the corner so it's going to be hard not to come often. I also got a Chai tea and it was so delicious.

The Grind Cafe in Vallejo is a hidden gem! They have the BEST biscotti frappuccino I've ever had--so delicious and perfectly made. The service is always warm and welcoming, and the people there are truly wonderful. Highly recommend!

There is a dedicated parking lot, tight but can hold a decent amount of cars. There is street parking as well, not metered - that is where I parked. The hostess was extremely friendly and attentive, checking in on us several times after ordering to notify of the food's ETA as well as refilling drinks and seeing if we needed anything. The dining area has approximately ten booths in total and became quite crowded around 12:30p. Our meals arrived at different times, items to eat meal arrived sparsely as well. We ordered around 11:30a, there were two other parties present. We were able to order based on our dietary needs/wants as the menu offered quite a diverse array. The crab omelette (known as The California Omelette on the menu) is 1/4 lb of fresh crab served either hot or cold enclosed in three eggs along with avocado and Monterey Jack cheese. For $26.35 the omelette left much to be desired, especially in flavor and seasoning. Nothing complimented or even enhanced the presence of the crab in any way. The remaining party at the table said they enjoy their meal - including a blueberry waffle, toast and eggs with bacon and a double cheeseburger with fries. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to gather, this cafe is certainly an option to consider. It was easy to speak and hear each other with ample privacy and not a lot of traffic - if any.

Now for the reason I'm even writing this. We walked in this morning with my children getting cranky because they were sitting around with me waiting for our tires to get changed before we came here. Anyways, I let my two youngest children choose theirs then my two older ones were taking a moment (actually moment as in you can measure the time with less than a handful of seconds) some lady leans over the counter to the worker and asks for a donut, the worker obliged (no problem) then the worker put the tongs down to go ring the lady who cut in the middle of us ordering. Maybe I'm getting old and this is the new way of doing business but I'll be dammed if I go out my way to spend the money I make while having to be apart from my family only to have another person take over the service I was receiving! I will never return here and give them the opportunity to disrespect me or my family again! Funny enough as I'm walking out some random guy hears me cussing out loud and yells over to me "that f$&king lady huh!?" lol how does everyone but me know they have horrible customer service here!? My fault for not knowing I drove off and realized my two youngest still had their individually bagged donuts (2 total donuts) so I made a u turn and drove back to toss the bags back into their counter so they don't think I was leaving for a free donut. I left because they have NO respect for families who choose to support their local crap business. I absolutely would never recommend any family coming here, be warned on how they treat people. 0/5 stars
