Non alcoholic beverage for sale

I love the quarters coffee house. You can't go wrong with their drinks and they all taste good. Prices are fair for hand crafted espresso. The baristas are helpful and friendly. So much open seating on the porch, inside and in the back. I also really love how they renovated this historical building. It's so nice and bright in some rooms and also provides a place to gather or work and study.

Sable pistachio, brewed coffee, bouquet latte

The things that I tried here (bouquet latte, brewed coffee, sable pistachio) were just alright overall, but I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff who were holding the fort at the time. *Super duper* friendly, patient, and engaging.....I didn't feel hesitant on inquiring about the menu at all lol. It seems that coffee shops these days tend to have stuck-up staff.....those coffee shops could learn a thing or two from the one here *coughCoffee&WaterLab(in San Jose)andNeighbor'sCorner(in San Fran)cough*. - Bouquet latte: the cashier lady described it as having rose, cardamom, and lavender notes, but I tasted mostly the lavender and maybe a hint of the cardamom. Still pretty smooth taste overall. - Brewed coffee: starts smooth and toasty, but then has a strong scorched bitter aftertaste. - Sable pistachio: despite all of the green color I didn't notice much pistachio taste. Nicely tender and buttery cookie though.

We were at Mare Island for our kids' field trip and wanted to find a close coffee shop. We found this gem, and it was perfect! It's located in an old Victorian-style home, which we loved! When we walked in, we were immediately greeted, and the employees were very patient while we looked over the options. My husband and I chose a Cafe Mocha while my mom chose the seasonal Fall Leaves Latte. We had just eaten lunch but couldn't resist trying the Hazelnut Chocolate Croissant. While we waited for our coffee, we walked around the shop. Everything was clean, and beautifully decorated. We didn't have to wait too long for our coffee. The coffee was delicious as well as the croissant. We will definitely be coming back again in the future.

Quarters Coffee House is a gem on Mare Island! The building is a historic officer's quarters/residence. It's beautifully restored, with ornate woodwork and high ceilinged rooms and lots of plants, creating a warm and welcoming environment. They offer a variety of coffees and teas, as well as pastries. I opted for the seasonal iced tea - it was lightly sweetened and very refreshing on a hot day. I walked through the home enjoying all the nooks and crannies one could sit in. Couches in one room. Tables in other two. And seating out on the front porch, which guests are welcome to use even after the shop closes. WiFI is free, easily making this a second or third place for many I perused their other items for sale: sell local honey, mugs, gourmet snacks...and a fridge with sandwiches and canned beverages. Beautiful building, great drinks, warm hospitality! Love it all!

I stopped by The Quarters Coffee House on a Wednesday and felt like I was transported to the south. The building was a historic residence and very much felt like a house. The outside featured a wraparound porch with Greek columns and the rooms inside looked like a dining room, living room, etc. I ordered their seasonal beverage, the Fall Leaves Latte. It sounded very sweet so I got it without white mocha, which was definitely the move. I expected a stronger maple flavor, but it was still solid. Service was friendly but leisurely, and they weren't very busy in the late morning. Worth the stop!

Okay I've been wanting to come here for so long and I finally made it. The place is beautiful. I love the looks inside and how there is plenty of room outside to sit. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the place was clean. However, I was a little disappointed in my coffee and so were my friends. We ordered a vanilla latte (add shot), a mocha, and a cappuccino. They were all suuuuper sweet. Our pastries were also a little too sweet and were a little hard (felt like they weren't fresh). Anyways, maybe this was an off day so I'd love to give them another try.

Always enjoyed going to Quarters House. It's a really nice environment where you're able to study with different areas to sit and enjoy your coffee (sweet treats) It can be kinda hectic finding a place to sit since there can be a lot of people depending on the time but nevertheless a good spot in Mare Island. I decided to try their November drink of the month and it was delicious!

Met my long time friend here for coffee and catching up. Neither of us had been here before. It was PACKED! The seating inside was all taken up as well as on the porch. However there was ample seating with shade near the grassy hillside and small garden pockets filled with tons of plants and flowers. The line moved fast and the orders were speedy. I was most surprised by the reasonable pricing. We got drinks and pastries then hung out. The flow of people in and out was consistent and there was lots of families with kiddos of all ages hanging out. Parking is available in front and out back. The coffee shop sits next door to Godfather wine tasting room too. All in all...despite the little bit of traffic, well worth the track instead of Starbucks and better priced, etc. I'll be back!

I did not get to go to this place in person. But I did have someone bring me a matcha latte from here. On my first sip, I remember thinking, "that's smooth". Which is not always the case with matcha drinks. I did enjoy it very much and I definitely would get this again, next time I'm in the area, I would hope to go in person.

Cozy inviting coffeehouse. Came here to have coffee and read. Sitting inside one can see how this was once a mansion on Mare Island. Nicely decorated with antique items and photos. Outside area seating is also inviting and peaceful. Nice music played in the background. I ordered a mocha with lavender syrup. Perfectly made. Also ordered the turkey and Brie croissant. Flaky with right amount of Brie and turkey. Staff were very pleasant. May I also add the bathroom was the cleanest public bathroom I have been in. Will return soon.

Quick service, clean interior and exterior, plenty of space to roam and relax. Staff was also very helpful and kind. Housed inside one of the original military homes on Mare Island, this place is a nice getaway from the town and city hustle and bustle. The coffee was good, but next time I'd probably order with less ice. The chocolate almond croissant was really good, and we came in time to get half off bakery items at 1PM. There are plenty of different food options, and some hard goods as well. It's a lovely spot to get some work done, have a bite to eat, and relax in as you hear the wind blowing the leaves in the old trees all around you.

First and foremost this place is ADA accessible which is AMAZING for mare island. The ambience outside is welcoming and gorgeous (pic attached) with lots of seating all over the lawn and porch, as well as inside! Service and those working were super kind and helpful! Food and drinks were amazing and I have been here countless times because it is always a guaranteed good time! Love all the little games all over. Great place to do homework too :)

The vibe mixes cozy café, yummy diner, and even an area that feels a bit more like a wine bar in one. The Restaurant is eclectic and charming and always full of the most diverse people, which is a reflection of Vallejo. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and also super diverse. It's a women owned business that pays a living wage, provides healthcare, and contributes to a retirement account for the employees. Who does that!? ( The answer is Nicole the Owner who is awesome). The food is consistently delicious. The standouts for me are the seasonal salads, the chicken tinga tostada, the chilaquiles, and, of course, the fried chicken and waffles. In the four years I have been there, there has been very little turn over in staff. The place feels like family.

My favorite lunch order is the Chicken Caesar Wrap - perfect ratio of chicken, lettuce, cheese, dressing, and croutons. The wrap is always well constructed and never falls apart mid-consumption. When I moved away from Vallejo, I thought about this wrap often. For dinner, the wings are always a solid choice - korean bbq, bbq, buffalo - all equally good. The wings are a good size, an even mix of drums and flats, the chicken is always moist and the sauce ratio is perfect. Best wings in Solano County. The M.I.B.C. Burger is another favorite, always cooked as requested, the meat is super flavorful and the toppings - cheese, onion, sauce, and arugula fit perfectly between the brioche bun. This is also served with fries - always served the right amount of crisp. For beers, I prefer to drink the War Bond. However, I can vouch for the fact that all of the beer here is good. Also, all of the staff here are super friendly and helpful. Best neighborhood bartenders, best views of the sunset. We are lucky to have this spot in Vallejo.

The onion rings were good too, although I wish they used the same batter as the fish. The food wasn't served quite as hot as I would have preferred, and they were pretty conservative with the condiments. That may be intentional given the location and the likelihood of non-customers helping themselves if everything was left on the tables. I asked whether the beets in the beet salad were freshly roasted or canned, and I was told they were fresh, so I ordered it. It was good, but something wasn't quite as fresh as I expected. It may have been the walnuts--I think they would have benefited from being toasted--or perhaps another ingredient. I'm very particular when it comes to beet salads. I also ordered the crab and artichoke melt, and this was the star of the meal. It was absolutely divine. Rich, buttery crab and melted cheese layered on thinly sliced, perfectly toasted ciabatta--it was pure comfort food. I was surprisingly full after just two bites, partly because the portions are generous and I'd already made a dent in the beet salad. I skipped drinks this visit, but I'll definitely be back to check out the rotating taps and wine selection. The staff were laid-back, incredibly friendly, and genuinely helpful. The setting is one of the restaurant's biggest draws. The outdoor patio offers a beautiful bird's-eye view of the ferries arriving at Mare Island, making it the perfect place to linger over a meal. Inside, there's a large, inviting bar where it's easy to strike up a conversation with another guest, or you can grab one of the window seats and simply enjoy the waterfront views. I'll definitely be back.
