The matcha was strong but not too bitter and their ube syrup is just right on sweetness. The ube foam was just another plus. The service was great they take their time to do the drink correctly. Couldn't pass up this stall at Kaiser Vacavilles farmers market. The barista was friendly. The banana cold brew is mind blowing. It's that good. You have to enjoy banana flavor to appreciate how good it is. The banana chips are a good touch. Very unique and delicious. I started coming to Very Brave's downtown Fairfield location located in Famous Creations, and I will definitely be a regular. Their ube drinks are just too good! I find it hard to find places that truly have that ube flavor, but Very Brave has it. Their drinks have been my midweek sweet treat! They are so kind at any location you find them at! At least at the downtown Fairfield location, service is a little slow, but there is only 1 person taking orders and preparing drinks. Because of this, I don't mind the wait. Love Very Brave Coffee! Maybe next time I'll try another of their specialty drinks, but it'll be hard to choose something that's not ube for sure. read more

Staff was super friendly & welcoming. They were very helpful & ready to answer any questions for us about their menu. I decided to get the banana cold foam with cold brew iced. It was so tasty & banana was not overpowering at all. It was also not overly sweet which I appreciated since I don't like super sweet drinks. Finally got to try out Very Brave drinks at the Harajuku Marketplace in Natomas last weekend! I love all their Filipino flavors on the menu, that made it hard to decide. I enjoyed the cream on the Banana Q Cold Brew but would've liked an espresso option since I'm not a big fan of the watery taste of cold brew. We liked the flavor of the ube cookies and cream latte, wish more places offered that flavor combo with the ube! The drinks did take a little bit longer considering nobody was ahead of us but otherwise they were very nice. Hope to catch them at another event sometime! read more

I love supporting local Filipino restaurants/foodies! I was recommended this business on Yelp and Instagram, and I'm so glad I was in the area to finally try it. Their drinks are Filipino flavored/inspired. I talked to the cashier (owner probably) and he was very kind. The inside is really modern and cute; they share the spot with Bonito Poke. I remember this place being Crave Cafe back in the day haha. If you wanna follow where they are serving coffee, I would recommend following them on Instagram for their schedule and where to find them! They weren't that busy at 930am on a Wednesday, but it did take about 10ish minutes to make the two drinks! I ordered the banana cold brew and got my friend their toffee nut matcha. The cold brew was exactly what I needed. The foam was sweet, but not too sweet. The little banana chips gave me so much nostalgia!! The cold brew is definitely strong and had me wired for a day at work lmao. My friend said the toffee nut matcha was hella good!! We both finished our drinks and need to come back to try more of their specialty drinks! I asked if they switch up their menu at all, and the owner said they will be coming out with a spring menu sometime soon. I have been wanting to try their drinks for a while and decided to stop by before work. They open at 9 and unfortunately, it wasn't a quick trip as I hoped. There is plenty of parking around in the shared lot. The store itself cute with a few tables inside and out. There were two people in front of me but the line was quick. I asked if they had drink carriers, but they didn't. I wanted to order more so instead I just ordered two drinks. 12oz of the very ube latte and the ube matcha. The guy who was taking my order asked if both were for me. Never felt so judged lol jk but yes, it was both for me. I had no shame. I sat at a table waiting for my order. Only one person was making drinks until there wasn't a line anymore. I realized there was a table of 4 people who were still waiting for their drinks. I was worried I would wait a while, and the two people in front of me in the line also ordered more than 2 drinks. I waited over 35 minutes for my order. Some advice, never come if you have somewhere to be. The employees were nice and communicated about my order. They were also apologetic for the wait. Just another reason to come back and taste more drinks. I have to say that the coffee is strong just how I like it and the ube brings a nice sweetness. It was very tasty. They have various locations at Kaiser Farmers Markets throughout the week but I frequent their location within Bonito Poke in American Canyon on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
