The chips never came, the drinks took about 15 minutes to arrive and 1 of the kids plates never came. We reminded the drink runner and he disappeared. 10 minutes went by and I finally went and found our server hanging out in a hallway outside the kitchen doors with other staff. The kids plate finally arrived along with the long awaited chips. We had 3 young ones with us who are normally great in a restaurant, that had begun getting restless because of the delays in being served. Well, the birthday honorees decided that ordering desert to celebrate their birthdays would prolong the lousy service agony to an unacceptable level. So, I went and tracked down the MIA server again, now hanging out by the hostess stand and asked for the check.
