No cover charge and I could eat a dozen donuts. We got the scones and apple strudel as well. Both 12/10! The apple cider is also off the charts. Some of the best I've had. The pies are super fresh and I wanted one of everything! They post that they sell at local DeCicco's as well but can't confirm if it's all flavors... No u pick apples but they have every variety imaginable in the stand and all were fresh like they were picked that day. Plenty of other farm fresh veggies and honey. There is also some spots to eat outside and a food truck with some pizza and bbq options. The road to get here is a little rough. Super narrow and some spots where only one car can pass at a time. There is a parking lot and street parking available. Would very much depend on the time of day and year you are going but we were able to get a spot in front at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend for anyone of all ages especially if you love apple cider donuts!

Around 2pm, they were sold out of pork and wings. Live music outside (country) and several picnic tables outside. Bathroom is an outhouse. The donuts are good - they're the fried kinds. Not super friendly staff. The cheddar scone was suepr dry and tough - it wasn't flaky at all.

The store has a great selection, is well staffed with helpful employees and is super clean. For basics, it's fine but their prepared foods have been hit and miss. I always like their bakery items but sometimes their hot food is not great, including some stuffed fish I had one time which was so inedible that it went into the garbage disposal after two bites. I also had some chicken that wasn't great so if you're looking at prepared foods, choose carefully. They score high points for fruits and vegetables and their selections of cheeses, olives and cured meats is top notch. If you want to make a charcuterie board, come here! They have a lot of great drink options too. If you like beer, the selection is extensive. I also like that they have lots of specialty Italian sodas and little cans of Coke and other mixers. They have a great aisle that has everything you need if you're hosting a specialty cocktail event, so whenever we are having a party, DeCicco's is our go-to place for supplies. Overall, they do a great job. There may be a thing or two that isn't great but nobody's perfect and they get so much right here and do it in such a great way, I have to recommend this place.

Every time I go there and need help, Anthony is always willing to assist me with a smile and a great attitude. He is respectful, kind, and ready to help. In a supermarket where customers often have to find things by themselves, getting helpful and friendly assistance makes a big difference. What I appreciate the most is his consistency. Every time I visit, Anthony is the same -- helpful, pleasant, and professional. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service.

The music was great, the lighting was beautiful, and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The food was amazing from start to finish. To drink, I ordered a Peach Sangria, which came out quickly and was absolutely delicious, while my husband drank a glass of Malbec. For our appetizer, we shared the zucchini flowers special, and they were fresh, flavorful, and easily one of the highlights of the meal. For our dinner, I ordered the Chicken Francese and my husband ordered the Pork Chop Alla Vodka. Both dishes were cooked perfectly. As wonderful as the food was, what really stood out to me was the service. The restaurant was fairly busy, but there were only three young women working the dining room that evening (two waitresses and a busser) and they were incredible to watch. Their teamwork was something you don't see very often. They were constantly helping each other, the two waitresses were making drinks, checking on tables, and keeping everything running smoothly despite how busy it was. Our waitress, Eliza, was an absolute pleasure. She was friendly, attentive, answered all of our questions, and had such a great sense of humor that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Another waitress, whose name I unfortunately can't remember, was also wonderful. She had blonde hair and made a point to greet us and check in throughout the meal to make sure we had everything we needed. It was so impressive how hardworking and professional these young women are. At one point, Eliza mentioned that she is currently in college, working at the restaurant, and balancing an internship on top of it all. The other waitress was also in college. Despite having so much on their plates, they remained positive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire evening. It really is rare to come across a staff that works so well together and clearly takes pride in what they do. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the service truly made the experience unforgettable. I would absolutely recommend Aversano's to anyone looking for a great meal and outstanding service. The staff alone made this a 10/10 dining experience.

Wife had the veal cutlet parm and spaghetti. She loved the veal but was a little sketchy with the spaghetti, said it tasted a little off. I had the rigatoni Bolognese with a side of meatballs. I am usually not a big fan of Italian meatballs but there meatballs are actually pretty good. (My wife does make better) Their rigatoni are short, fat little things that are outstanding. Good gravy. Service was excellent and knowledgeable. Atmosphere was a little noisy (bridal shower in the back room) but other than that, I would not hesitate to go back.

However, I like their other food as well. I've had a great chimichanga and last time I was there, I had some chicken nachos that were served on top of flour tortillas as the nacho rather than corn tortilla chips. It was very good. They have outdoor seating in nice weather and you can get a nice view of their back yard...if you're up high enough you can see a bit of the nearby lake. Service is always friendly and efficient. Even when the parking lot looks full, we've never had trouble getting a table. I think they have a good setup here...nice location, great food, reasonable prices and nice service. It isn't the fanciest place in town but it's great in my book.

Started out well, the server took drink orders, drinks were brought and we ordered the tableside guacamole for the table. The guacamole was made and two of the stone bowls were left. We had finished the chips that come with salsa when you're first seated. We asked the young man who made the guac for chips and small plates. Those never arrived. About 10 minutes later the waiter showed up to take orders and we reminded him that we were still waiting on plates n chips. We also ordered our meals. The small plates arrived a short while later, but not the chips. By this time we were ready for another round of drinks - Unfortunately the waiter (and other staff were nowhere in site). Maybe 10 minutes later the food arrived, we reminded the waiter that the chips never came, asked for salt n pepper that wasn't on the table and ordered another round of drinks. The chips never came, the drinks took about 15 minutes to arrive and 1 of the kids plates never came. We reminded the drink runner and he disappeared. 10 minutes went by and I finally went and found our server hanging out in a hallway outside the kitchen doors with other staff. The kids plate finally arrived along with the long awaited chips. We had 3 young ones with us who are normally great in a restaurant, that had begun getting restless because of the delays in being served. Well, the birthday honorees decided that ordering desert to celebrate their birthdays would prolong the lousy service agony to an unacceptable level. So, I went and tracked down the MIA server again, now hanging out by the hostess stand and asked for the check. I handed him my card immediately without reviewing the bill for fear that he'd disappear for another 15 minutes. He brought back the check for signature. I reviewed the bill which was correct. At this point, where I normally leave a cash tip 25% - 30% depending on the service, I did something I never do. I wrote in a 10% tip (not deserved) on the card and wrote a Note: Sorry but the service tonight was absolutely horrible. AITA - What would you have done? This Server ruined our celebration.
