He took more of his valuable time at no charge to try to find the issue. *But being an autobody shop, he doesn't have the proper diagnostic tool needed. He gave me sound advice on how to proceed should I want/need to. I appreciate the quality work he did in replacing the latch. I especially appreciate his honesty and integrity in offering to give me a partial refund.
