One of the new restaurants that located in SeaTac Airport located in the Central Terminal food court area (2nd floor). Serves good food in a spacious dining area with a nice overlook of the airport. This restaurant used to be the Trailhead BBQ and is still a part of the Priority Pass program. Food I got the salmon bagel toast and overall it was good! The salmon and vegetables were fresh and tasted good. There was a good amount of cream cheese spread on the bagel and it was nicely toasted. I got to the restaurant and 7am so they only serve the Rise and Fly breakfast foods. Normal menu food starts at 10am. Atmosphere There is a good view over looking the rest of the central terminal food court. The noise level was not too loud but there is definitely the hum of background noise since it is open to the rest of the airport. There are plenty of tables as well as single seating along the edge of the place. Pricing Pretty pricey but it is food at the airport. This restaurant is a member of the Priority Pass program so you can use up to $28 on it (as of December 2022). The salmon bagel I got was $18.50. Service  Service was good and the servers were very nice! Don't forget to mention that you would like to use your Priority Pass benefits and have it ready to go! While the location was great (centrally located between B, C, and D concourses), the food was awful. I ordered the margarita pizza and zucchini fries and both items didn't not taste great. The aioli wasn't even good either. I would be much more upset over the quality of the food if it I had to pay full price for the food (I got $28 off my bill because I have priority pass). My flatbread was dry and kinda burnt and my zucchini fries were wet and soggy inside. The staff was okay, but nothing to write home about. Tldr; not worth the prices. read more

The worst service restaurant with average food. Ordered fish and chips ($24, comes with one piece of fish) and paid extra $5 for the salad. However, it turns out that $5 dollars replaces the fries with salad, rather than adds to it. This wasn't clear in the menu, so I asked them to change the order to just normal fish and chips and that they refund the $5. The manager came over to do this, but said to the waitress (in front of me) that people want free stuff all the time. I said this is because your menu is not clear that the salad replaces the fries, and they should consider updating the menu so others won't be confused. The response I got was that "you are the only one who seems confused about it" Regardless of who is right or wrong, I don't think they can bad mouth the customer right in front of them. read more

Wow what a pleasant surprise! Airport food is so hit and miss and my wife and I both agreed that this might be some of the best airport food we've ever had. She had their creative grilled cheese (cream cheese and mozzarella) and tomato bisque which was fantastic. I had their wings with their "brewtop signature sauce" which was the best wing sauce I've had in a long time it was a tangy spicy bbq that tasted so good! Oh and I have to to mention the amazing tap list of local beers from the PNW with a set price regardless of ABV! Unheard of! Oh and if you have Priority Pass through Chase you get a nice chunk off your meal. TL;DR: Really good food, good beer, and a total bargain with priority pass. Total win. I liked the fish and chips a lot, but the Caesar salad my wife ordered was mediocre at best and I don't know if the crispy chicken that came on top was even hot when the food was served. It took FOREVER to get my draft beer and apparently the server didn't hear that I had ordered the fish and chips in the first place. That I can understand but to not check back in on us to provide a chance to correct the order is really what frustrated me. When we finally were able to get the manager's attention he was able to help us out and get some of the meal comped. Really frustrating experience and I probably won't go back. First I start with positives, the location in the airport is great and you can look over to the planes or the lobby. The waitress was great and checked on me throughout my meal. The meal unfortunately was not up to any kind of standards. I posted a photo of the pretzels which came with beer cheese and the pretzels were fine but the beer cheese was very watery, very unappealing and lacking flavor. I asked the waitress if the Mac and cheese was any better and was told the cheese should have a different consistency and guess what? I got the beer battered cheese curds and WOW do they melt in your mouth!!!! It is so juicy and crispy at the same time. This is a new addition to the priority pass offerings at sea-tac. It is located on the mezzanine level and has a great view of the tarmac as well as the travelers coming and going below. The food itself is extremely overpriced and does not taste good (more so than the average airport fare). You would be better spending your money at McDonalds. An avocado toast is 18$ with a thin layer of avocado and just balsamic vinegar. The French toast has no fruit on it or whipped cream at all and it is 15$. Everything tastes very below par and it feels like the restaurant is trying to get away with having the least amount of preparation done for the food while making it look very appealing on the menu. I also added a "farm egg" for an extra 5$ for my meal and it was actually just a plate of scrambled eggs! On the other hand, our was pretty great: very attentive and he even offered to add bottled water to our bill so we could get closer to the priority pass limit. To be completely honest, I was worried that giving a 5 star rating to an airport restaurant would lower my yelp credibility but I have to speak truth. First of all, let's appreciate that view of the sunrise from the window. That alone made the early flight worth it. Now, those overnight oats are something else. To be fair, this was my first time trying overnight oats so maybe they weren't that special but since eating there I have made myself overnight oats every morning and I can't make mine taste half as good so they're doing something right. Also the salmon bagel sandwich is a party in the mouth. Prices are high but if you are coming here without a priority pass then you're just playing yourself. Popped into Brewtop at SeaTac for a little bite befor my flight. The food was pretty good - had the avocado toast! Huge portion, fyi. The mimosa was ok- But the highlight was my server who arrived at my table so quickly I hadn't even got my carry on bag situated. She has a beaming smile and was just as friendly as she was quick. I so greatly appreciate that she asked about my flight and tailored her service to my schedule. Flying is stressful enough- I really don't need any added pressure of waiting for food or a check- and she was all over it from the moment she greeted me. But more than that - she was just friendly. It's honestly so rare these days to have someone show you some genuine interest and kindness- it just was a lovely pre-flight starter. This is one of the newer Priority Pass restaurants in the network so I decided to give this a try before a flight. The hours in the app are wrong - priority pass members can access the restaurant after 12pm so I'd assume until midnight. The food is overall okay and unmemorable. We tried the pulled pork tacos, smoked salmon dip, and the molten lava cake ice cream. The pulled pork tacos have a decent amount of meat and some vegetables, quite flavorful. The smoked salmon dip has some nice pita chips, though a lot of the dip is onion and mayo with not too much salmon. The molten lava cake ice cream is solid but the cake is not melted chocolate - just somewhat mushy gooey cake texture. They did warn us it takes 15 minutes, just around the time it takes for us to finish our appetizers / savory food. Service is pretty mediocre as we requested water but we didn't get any water for the first half of the meal - the waiters/waitresses are just preoccupied with cleaning around various tables for most of our dining time. read more

Shady practices! As a new user with Priority Pass I mistakenly gave the server my Chase card b4 showing the PP. She didn't know how to void it so I waited another 15min for a "manager" who supposedly did but my statement shows both charges! One for $42.87 and one for $15 tip (same tab minus the $28 priority pass). All for wings and hummus! Perhaps human error? But next a total lie- when I returned on my flight back with my family of four they told us that we can't use it upon landing after we had dined! Just got off the phone with Chase and priority pass and they said that is not correct. Another $112! Filing a dispute. Wonder why there is no phone number for the place?!?
