For Sante Adairius the beer that Steve and I had and I can report liked was their IPA known as Spots and Dots. This IPA was a bit more refreshing and fun compared to some IPA'S where it just seems like a blur from one brewery to the next and you wonder if you actually went to a different brewery from the previous one if you have IPA'S back to back. So in this regard I am happy to say that it was distinctive and had it's own signature. Flavor highlights with this IPA are hoppy, juicy and bitter. The beer is also aromatic and smooth. I found out later this brewery makes very good saisons so should the opportunity arise again to get a hold of one I certainly will as I love a good saison!

Last Saturday night, my wife and I sat at the bar expecting the same level of service we've received in the past. There appeared to be only one bartender working. While the restaurant was steady, it wasn't overwhelmingly busy. We were served our first round of drinks, but after that we were completely forgotten about. For over 20 minutes, no one checked on us, asked if we'd like another drink, or even offered us water. Sitting directly at the bar, it was frustrating to feel ignored, especially when we were hoping to spend the evening enjoying a few drinks and dinner. Unfortunately, the lack of service left such a poor impression that we decided to leave. We've always enjoyed East End, which makes this review difficult to write, but customer service is a big part of the experience. Hopefully this was just an off night, but it was disappointing enough that we won't be returning anytime soon.

It had a nice color to hit, unique shape, and was served with House Beer Cheese and Mustard. But for the main show we got the Pepperoni with Red Sauce, Mozzarella, Brick Cheese, and Parmigiano. We added Jalapeno and Hot Honey to make it banging. For beers, lots of small pours. Final Thoughts: A Blend of Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywines. Beauty Sleep: A Saison Oak Aged with Raspberries. Saison Bernice: The OG. A Farmhouse Ale with multiple yeast additions including Brettanomyces. Absolutely perfect. Fallen Bough: A blend of Barrel Aged Belgian Blondes. Mizunara Beyond Forever: I gave in and got the Private Press beer. It was a Rye Barrel Aged Stout with Vanilla and conditioned on Mizunara. New Brighten: A West Coast IPA hopped with Simcoe, NZ Cascade, and Chinook. Animal Dance Party: A Hazy IPA hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy Hops. Gretchen: A perfectly brewed Marzen. _____
