Love this spot! Super nice owner who does great beverage recommendations, and the music is top notch. Such a nice way to spend a late afternoon/early evening!

Great beer selection. Love the live music. Friendly staff! Tasty pretzels. This is a fun place to stop by after work or in the afternoon on a Saturday.

Their robust porter -- Chavez (and its sister beer Vanilla Joe) -- is excellent! Want something hoppy? Their unfiltered IPAs are delicious. Looking for a refreshing pilsner for the hot summer months? Yep, they got those too. And they're wonderful. If you're in the mood for some outstanding beer and you're near Santa Adairius, you're really in for a treat. Yes, it's a bit pricy -- but they're perfectionists and serve up some of the world's finest beers.

So many to pick from but of course…read moreI may have less of that attitude should I be living there and did a lot of statewide travel like the current and previous states I have lived in. For Sante Adairius the beer that Steve and I had and I can report liked was their IPA known as Spots and Dots. This IPA was a bit more refreshing and fun compared to some IPA'S where it just seems like a blur from one brewery to the next and you wonder if you actually went to a different brewery from the previous one if you have IPA'S back to back. So in this regard I am happy to say that it was distinctive and had it's own signature. Flavor highlights with this IPA are hoppy, juicy and bitter. The beer is also aromatic and smooth. I found out later this brewery makes very good saisons so should the opportunity arise again to get a hold of one I certainly will as I love a good saison!

After…read morereading all the reviews and photos, I was expecting a truly magical night and they definitely delivered on all counts. We came here to celebrate the anniversary of my furbaby's passing (not your typical anniversary celebratory dinner, but def still an anniversary!) and I was very satisfied with my choice. Parking was super easy. The entrance was already beautiful enough, and the tram was such a unique highlight experience. We got some great videos! I wasn't sure how our timing would be this night so I didn't make a reservation, but we called ahead and arrived a little before 7pm. We inquired about seating in the dining room area and got a drink at the bar and were thankfully squeezed in for a table (due to a cancellation). All of the staff were extremely courteous and attentive. The restaurant itself is an aesthetic rustic garden experience from beginning to end. So many floors to explore and lovely plants to enjoy. Its also right by the water, so sitting outside is also another experience in itself. Perfect for date nights! The food was excellent and surprisingly just as good as the view. The Ahi Carpaccio was sliced perfectly thin and just melted in my mouth. I wasn't expecting to devour the whole thing but i'm glad this dinner was my first meal of the day. The scallops were also divine, loved the mashed potatoes along with it, and the sauce. Also completely finished my entree. My vegetarian date enjoyed the beet salad and the nightly noodle special, which he also thoroughly enjoyed. The drinks we ordered were quite standard (nothing innovative) but still made well. And the mudpie dessert we ordered was also good. The crust was quite crispy. Since we were celebrating an anniversary (though not ours), our server helped us to take a photo which they printed out for us immediately. This was definitely a great touch and rare to find at a restaurant (especially complimentary). I would love to come back and introduce more people to this lovely restaurant!!

The food was absolutely delicious, and our server was incredibly attentive throughout the entire night. To top off an already amazing evening, the staff gifted us a framed photo of us taken at the restaurant, complete with the signature Shadowbrook logo. It was such a thoughtful, classy touch for our anniversary. Between the stunning riverside views, the cable car ride, and the top-tier hospitality, it was an unforgettable night. Highly recommend!

And therefore better (unless you be chillin in Belgium). That is not a compliment to be taken lightly. First American Saison that I actually want to fill up my growler with and don't care about the cost. That good. Pizza... I'm always sus about detroit style (allot of places precook the bread and therefore you are eating pizza toast). And for 28 bucks for a roni, I'd be a bit pissed. BUT. I actually dont know if they are doing that and franky don't care because I could not detect it (and I can usually tell being that I'm a bread baker). That being said, the bread is bomb as hell quite enjoyable. Even cold. So. It's worth the price. Or go spend the same or considerably more on some GIANT boring pizza somewhere else so you can eat leftovers for the rest of the week (or be in horrible pain from overeating). Your call. But worth it. Must try spot. House Saison. Done son #1.

We enjoyed some pours and some pizza while we did a little bit of work. For food: Brookies is banging. We started with the Sourdough Pretzel. It had a nice color to hit, unique shape, and was served with House Beer Cheese and Mustard. But for the main show we got the Pepperoni with Red Sauce, Mozzarella, Brick Cheese, and Parmigiano. We added Jalapeno and Hot Honey to make it banging. For beers, lots of small pours. Final Thoughts: A Blend of Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywines. Beauty Sleep: A Saison Oak Aged with Raspberries. Saison Bernice: The OG. A Farmhouse Ale with multiple yeast additions including Brettanomyces. Absolutely perfect. Fallen Bough: A blend of Barrel Aged Belgian Blondes. Mizunara Beyond Forever: I gave in and got the Private Press beer. It was a Rye Barrel Aged Stout with Vanilla and conditioned on Mizunara. New Brighten: A West Coast IPA hopped with Simcoe, NZ Cascade, and Chinook. Animal Dance Party: A Hazy IPA hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy Hops. Gretchen: A perfectly brewed Marzen. _____
