Elona Duell, the agent/broker, answered the phone and the conversation started out nicely. I told her about our business and explained that I was trying to get a quote on cargo insurance and in less than 3 minutes she told me that we should get cargo insurance with our current insurance company, because it would be more expensive to do it separately.
