I was absolutely thrilled when they got the apple red color (Jaguar's caldera red) at the Baton Rouge location and I knew then that was the one I wanted. Paula was the team member that helped us out through the process and she was great! We pretty much had all of our ducks in a row, so we got done with it all in a timely manner and was driving off the lot in our shiny, caldera red E-pace in no time =) After a couple weeks, we had an appointment with Robert, Jaguar's Handover specialist. He met us at our home and went over all of the things we needed to learn about the car. He was awesome! Fast forward to August. Our car got a service notification, so we called to make an appointment. Mr. Pringle helped me out over the phone and in-person. It was going to be a few hours, so we got a loaner vehicle - a Jaguar F-pace (be sure to have your license, insurance & credit card for this process to happen). They called me in the afternoon to let me know all was done and ready to go. The service was great from start to finish. BTW - their waiting room area has drinks and coffee available + a TV, while you wait, if you end up doing that there.

We called the day it was listed and came in and looked at it. It was on the rack for inspection since just delivered. We said we are interested and want to test drive as we never owned a land rover. We exchanged numbers. They texted us the next day Saturday, Monday, Tuesday with status updates and to answer questions i had. We were supposed to test drive Monday then they said wont be ready until Wednesday. Wednesday they tried to push to Thursday and i said Wednesday is better. They said ok. Then 15 min later they texted sorry someone actually bought it last Monday. What?????? We talked almost every day since listed and they kept pushing back on us looking at it again. I will never consider a land rover now or ever recommend to anyone after this experience. At least from this dealership and employees. If they were trying to make a quick buck and just trick us into coming by, it backfired and they will miss out on several future sales. All they had to do is communicate with each other and us and be honest but I'm not going to do business with a company that can't communicate or that tries to take advantage of me.

Second, I got two brand new tires on the rear of the vehicle since I was told the treading was low on them. Before I could make it up the street from picking my car up, the low tires pressure light came on. I returned to Nissan to have them add air and double check the tire just to be inconvenienced today waking up to a flat tire again!. I also don't understand why the two rear tires have two different brand names. The tow truck took 3-4 hours to get to me from 8:08 am when I submitted the request. I am very disappointed with their service and was at one point rooting for them but not anymore!
