This injury to my ankle has taken 8 months to get resolved. It would not be resolved without Dr…read moreNorthrop and also to doctor before him. It was in danger of amputation! It was scared the heck out of me but yet Dr Northrop was honest and told me what the risk was for and possible outcomes. I actually appreciate that. I'm a nurse and of course we are often critical of doctors. It took a visitor to until I was willing to trust. But at that point his bedside manner was good and he was extremely honest with me for the positive and the negative. I needed to hear that and also to know what steps to take to follow his direction to the best outcome I'm so glad I did that because now I see that my x-rays are regaining bone. I had a very complicated surgery Dr Northrop and actually three surgeries in total over the last 8 months. I am very fortunate to not have to have an amputation which was a possible outcome. My bone is regenerating, I'm on the final stage of healing. Dr Northrup would be my next go to if I ever, God forbid, needed help again. I will recommend him to anyone that has an absolute problem. We get surprised in life sometimes and people we don't expect to meet. I'm very glad I did and he was recommended to me. Thank you to Dr Northrup! And his staff also, a very pleasant office to visit and very efficient. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes if that. So relieved after all these months and glad that I had the care I did with Dr Northrup and his staff

When I showed up for my follow up to my MRI appointment to receive the results, I was told they didn't have the results yet and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. I confirmed the appointment that morning via text, and I spoke with somebody in the office that morning about the appointment. When I was rescheduled, I had to wait in the waiting room for an hour past my appointment time. It wasn't until I let them know I still hadn't been seen they were even aware. Once I was in with Brian Emerson, I was rushed out, and when asked to see my MRI scans, I was told there was nothing exciting to see, and dismissed. I've been very happy with my experience in their Physical Therapy office, but will never go to the doctor's office again. They have a missed appointment fee policy, but do you think they pay me when wasting my time? I also reached out via email to discuss my concerns with them, and never received a response.

The plus side - I love Dr Saleh & Dr Gooding! They were the best. NEGATIVE - Unfortunately,…read moreSoutheast Ortho is now forcing me to find other orthopedic doctors. While I was waiting to get an epidural for my spinal stenosis, I thought I made an appointment with one of their chiropractors in desperation. The treatment was a 20 minute pounding session with a back massager to "loosen my muscles". My muscles are fine! It's my severe spinal stenosis (which is the nerves - not the muscles) that is my problem. My pain skyrocketed the next day - I ended up not being able to get out of bed and/or on/off the toilet without assist. I was forced to order a walker from amazon to help me while waiting for the epidural. Then I find out that not only did the chiropractor almost kill me with increased pain, I was charged $273.96 (on top of my $20 copay) because my insurance company does not/would not cover the pounding. I called Southeast to file a complaint/grievance since NO ONE advised me that I may be responsible for the worthless treatment - if they had, I would have declined knowing that my problem was inside my spine - not in my muscles! SOUTHEAST APPARENTLY WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP A CLIENT RESOLVE A COMPLAINT! I am a retired RN and in my 40 years of nursing, I have never encountered a clinic that would not do what they could to satisfy a client. Southeast simply gave me a middle finger and said "nothing we can do". MY ADVICE IS TO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH SUCH AN UNCARING COMPANY/CLINIC!!!!!!!
