At the start, we received a few different quotes and John's was comparable and cheaper than others. They were also able start and finish sooner than the other companies. We worked with Jeremy who was informative, prompt, and an overall nice guy. There were a few different crews that worked in the house. I had them remodel my bathroom. They do not know how to tile. They left several chipped tiles in…read morethe shower. They put something on it so it wouldn't be so noticeable. The caulk is so thick every day hunks of it come off. When they tiled the wall where the spout for the tub is they never cut a hole for the fixture, which isn't straight. They never attached the plumbing for the shower head and the tub knobs to the wall they are loose in the wall. When they painted, they never used drop cloths. I had paint all over the new floor, and on the wainscoting. Then they hung the new medicine cabinet on the wet wall. Who puts a new tile floor down with cracked tile, Cube Carpentry does. Every day I see something else that's wrong in that bathroom. I could go on and on but I won't.

I was looking for a contractor with the staff to handle all of these functions. Not easy to find. The results were outstanding, and frankly, better than I expected. Here are the highlights: Excellent staff, neat, clean, reliable, and hard-working. Management: Outstanding, professional oversight by management. All work was written in a contract. As needed, the contract was amended as we went along. Communication. This was extremely important to me. My communications with the owner and his on-site worker/supervisor and the administrator, were unique in that we all were always on the same page. To sum up. Bryan will be my 'go-to' contractor as I have future project needs, big or small.

We had Bryan's Handyman service come out and do some work around our house to prepare for my mom…read moremoving in with us. They sent a two man crew, Ruben and Luis, who did a wonderful job. They prepped and painted two rooms, including the baseboards, trim and ceiling. They replaced and painted a set of closet doors and replaced the rickety attic stairs. They also fix the bedroom door where it is now fully functional. The work took two days, but they transformed the two bedrooms. The crew was polite and professional. They worked quickly, quietly and with skill. I could not have asked for better. Mr. Grubb was very responsive to emails and quick to address all our concerns. Thank you for the good work.
