Zoriana created a CAD rendering of the project, so we were able to clearly visualize what it will look like. Monks met our budget, and we are excited to proceed with the job. For example, I didn't consider how it would look to join 2 different types of ceiling trim- he redid it to make me happy but i felt bad for creating extra work and changing my mind. He never stated that he wanted to come by to provide a more accurate figure. We reviewed what needed to be done, all areas were small & contained thanks to quick identification of the source & water extraction equipment. The pictures I posted in the review were the same pictures I sent to the business owner. An estimate is not a contract, it is a written statement indicating the likely price that will be charged for specified work or repairs. Estimates protect the individual by understanding what they are signing up for when they agree to work with a contractor or business. I can't speak to the quality of their work. However I contacted them for a quote and the gentleman asked for pictures of the areas needing repair. A quote was provided quickly for $5800 (see pictures for work needed). Replacing sheetrock, spackle, sanding, painting, and associated materials / labor). This was related to water damage which was being covered by my home owners insurance. When asked for a written estimate, he stated he doesn't give them unless I am going to guarantee him the work. I've successfully received many written estimates for construction related activities in the last 7 years and expressed my surprise with this statement.

Tony is the absolute Gold Standard when it comes to contractors. Where do I start? First of all…read morehe is the nicest person. His work is impeccable! He does not use subcontractors. He is completely on top of every detail of the project. We have never had a more responsive contractor. I can text him anytime and he immediately gets back to me. He sends photos of everything. For instance, he did our roof and it turned out the plywood under the shingles were not the right thickness and incredibly damaged. So, instead of having to take his word for it, as is the case with most contractors, he sent videos of what was up there so that I could decide what to do accordingly. There is no scope of work that he can't take on. For us, he renovated our family room, redid a bathroom, renovated a basement room, tiled our entry way, completely renovated a sunroom that had major water damage and mold, and gave us an new roof. And, he did all of that in 4 weeks, which is crazy fast! Tony can do anything! And I trust him completely because he is so conscientious, honest, and always does things the right way (absolutely no cutting corners). I can't speak highly enough of him. We are so happy to have met him! I already have many future projects in mind for him.
