So very impressed with this office! The profesionalism of the staff and the way Dr. Rheude conducts himself with the kids. My children look forward to coming to the office and seeing these people at their visits. The office is state of the art and just beautiful. My son's bracket came off while we were visiting family in the area. The office staff were incredibly helpful and kind to get us right in. I'm usually not one to complain, however, my visit to this office compelled me to share my negative experience. Upon entering the office we were warmly greeted by the very kind receptionist at the front desk, who told us Halie would be with us shortly. While our wait was short, it was not overly pleasant as we got to overhear the secretary around the corner arguing on the phone about bills. While being lead to the consultation room we were shown around the office, imagine my surprise when we were introduced to the staff and I immediately recognized the women I had seen at the water park two days before screaming at her children she was going to, "whoop their f*cking asses." As a mother, this disgusted me, but looking at my daughter I knew she recognized her as well, making it that much worse. What kind of place was I bringing her to. Throughout the consult Halie was very professional, and one of the few pleasures I had while visiting this office. Upon the end of the appointment I went to gather my other two children from the game room, and once again was appalled by what I was overhearing and seeing from employees. Two of the assistants were standing to the side comparing their newest tattoos and discussing how they were, "hiding them from their boss." Overall, my experience here was very negative and I felt that the office portrayed themselves in a very negative manner. This is not somewhere I would choose to bring my family, and not somewhere I would ever recommend to others. Very unprofessional and not the kind of people I want to expose my children to. read more
