I hate to update my review, but I also believe honesty is the best policy and people should be held accountable to their customers. Quite frankly, I have been very much disappointed with Brian's work. When I first hired him several months ago to do a clean-up and then regular maintenance, he did a great job with the clean-up and seemed to care at first. I've been telling him for months that the new trees and plants he planted are not growing. He kept telling me to just keep watering them, which I do every 2-3 days. Under his care, majority of the plants have nog survived due to a lack of proper care. He suggested planting lantanas in between these Eugenia trees as I wanted to add more color, and after speaking to several nurseries, all told me lantanas require a lot of sunlight (Brian knows my place doesn't get a lot of sunlight). Perhaps it's my fault and I should have checked on my own, but I was relying on his expertise. After reaching out to Brian several times via text and following up many times, do I get some kind of response. He doesn't seem to have the proper expertise; always says he's going to check with someone else and yet never gets back to me. This is terrible customer service. I just got tired of the lack of care and attentiveness and went with someone else who seems to have a better understanding of what types of fertilizers and soil my plants need to thrive. Brian is a very nice guy so I hope he can take constructive feedback to better his business. read more

During the heavy wind storm last winter, we had a tree fall down partly in our pool. I called the next morning expecting I'd probably have to wait a few days to get an estimate but Brian came out that day and didn't try to exploit the situation.
