what an awesome crew, I would recommend to anyone!! Had them out to cut my 55ft tall Queen date palm tree that hadn't been cut in two years, very over grown with lots of fruit. Crew was extremely professional, well presented, quick and very affordable compared to companies I've used in the past. The work was done safely as they lowered all branches with ropes as not to damage concrete, drop on other plants, nothing dropped in the neighbors yard or my pool. I arranged with Frank to have his crew come over to my house to mow the lawn and clear out some of the dead brush. We agreed on a date and a time window and after an hour and a half of waiting nobody showed up. I called him to find out what happened and he said his guys couldn't make it anymore and asked if we could postpone to two days later. I told him it had to be that date because I had a showing. At that point he went completely dark on me. Would not answer phone calls or texts, just completely left me out to dry. I was counting on Frank and he completely let me down. Frank was my point of contact for clearing out about 30 trees in my backyard. His price point seemed reasonable, and he and his team were able to come out and do the job very well. What stuck out was how courteous and communicative they were the entire way, and the level of quality of their work. We had a few very large trees (over 60 feet) that needed trimming, and they were also able to trim those with ease, in addition to the removals they did. When there were issues that came up, I never felt surprised - they did a good job of keeping me in the loop and talking through. Some companies don't clean as they go - this team did, and cleaned all their work up which was a big plus. One of my neighbors saw the quality of their work and asked them to drop by as well. It was agreed that the fee would include trimming and weed pulling. I was very specific on the task at hand. Unfortunately, I assumed the job was finished. I paid and they were on their way. Sitting on the patio that same night, I noticed there were still an abundant of weeds. I text Franco. I was slightly disappointed due to the fact that I paid to have the service performed.
