The therapist didn't locate and massage out the knots in my back. There were people gathered around outside chitchatting and you could hear them from inside. There was someone watching a movie inside the store and I could hear their phone audio throughout my massage. I was cold most of my massage. I think maybe the 2nd room with the table possibly had a heater option but I wasn't offered it. The interesting: The massage was broken up into two segments. Normally, at most massage places you're in one room and you're on your stomach first then your back.
