These people are crooks. I came here for an oil change a few months ago, thought everything was…read moregood until a few weeks later I started having major issues with the engine, engine knocks and leaking oil non stop. When I took it to the dealer to look at it they said there's no way I got an oil change or that it was done extremely incorrectly because I'd need a whole new engine. In order to honor the warranty they needed me to provide a receipt of the oil change, but when I went back to ask them if they could print one out for me (figured it shouldn't be hard since I paid by card, even provided the exact date of service that I found on my bank statement) they told me they don't keep any records of transactions and the guy specifically said "if it's for a warranty issue I can't help you" super sketchy. Ended up having to pay $7000 for a new engine on my two year old car. Since then when talking to other shops and the dealership I've been told other people have gotten screwed over by these people and have horror stories similar to mine, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

2018 Update--- It looks like a recent customer had a…read moresimilar experience as I did, so I changed my rating from a 2 to a 1 because they don't seem to have improved. I also spoke with a few others who had work done in the past 3 years and it's disappointing. --- I recently brought my 2014 Civic here for repairs after my parked car was hit. I really don't like to post a negative review of a small business, but my experience was such that I feel compelled to say something. At the very least maybe management will see and make some improvements going forward. When I picked up my car I found the front tire had what looked like paint from the job, and the spacing between my front bumper and the body of the car was the same as when I brought it in, that is to say, it was still separated (1/4 inch) from the accident damage. I was notified at closing before the weekend that my car was completed. Unfortunately I couldn't pick it up for another 4 days because of Labor Day weekend. And I couldn't pick it up after they closed because my car was still on the lift, which seemed odd to me. 4 days later I picked it up and it looked only partially completed. So arrangements had to be made to bring it back, and at that point there was no apology or strong desire to make things right. If anything my complaint seemed to inconvenience the person I spoke with over the phone. Two days later I picked it up and I will give credit that there was some sense of an acknowledgment that it wasn't done right the first time. Nevertheless, it still wasn't fixed 100% as I was told the bumper would need to be replaced to get it to 100%. I was also told that it was unlikely insurance would pay for an OEM bumper, though when I talked to my insurance company they said an OEM part would be approved as long as the appraiser decided it was necessary. What should have happened is the appraiser should have been called when it was discovered that the bumper wasn't able to be secured properly. At this point I am choosing to live with the gap because my alternative is to start the whole process over with Kearns. I can't take it somewhere else because insurance only pays for a job once. But I think the goal should not have been to mostly fix the car, or the get it to a point where the customer can learn to live with it. The goal should be to fix it 100%, especially where the car is only a few years old. I'm disappointed with the experience and the result. 2 stars for the fact that the side view mirror and the body paint were done right, minus the overspray on the tires that I still haven't been able to completely clean off. But I wish I took my car somewhere else and felt like customer satisfaction and quality work was a higher priority. I would have driven much farther to get those things.

Over $6000.00 in repairs, a $1000.00 deductible out of my pocket, but Fuller refuses to replace a part damaged on their site that appears to have been caused by a round metal object. Thankfully, I had taken detailed photos before drop off and then upon my attempted pick up to demonstrate the new damage. (Two photos before, two photos at "pick up." 14 steps on my part interact with this business; Go somewhere else where you will be valued as a customer. FULLER- Unfair business practices and I am a very unhappy consumer. Stay away from this Fuller-centric experience.

They have to be the single most amazing autobody shop…read more Someone hit my car when I was parked on the street, and my front bumper was about 1/3 disconnected from my car. Ultrashine arranged for a tow truck to come pick up my car, called me when the car got there, and continued to contact me every step of the way. My car was ready in just a week--the last time I was in an accident, it took the autobody shop almost 3 weeks to fix a dent in my back bumper. My front bumper looks spotless, and they also cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car! The office staff are so polite and helpful. Phone calls and emails were always answered in minutes. I've seriously never expected such amazing customer service. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!
