You guys would be veryyyyyyy much better if yall let go of Tiffany , ( type in Who has worked for…read moreYourChoice on fb ppl , you'll see the HONEST review of old workers ) , the attitude , the rudeness , she will cut hours if you don't " bow down" to her. Worst company I have ever worked for. Everyone else is SWEETHEARTS ( JaLessia & Ms.Glenda ) , but Tiffany .. yeah, NO . The so called management is a HELL NO . Anytime you ask to speak to George about something it's a problem , he either on vacation , or from my understanding " he don't want to talk to a caregiver , come thru her ( Tiffany ) " . & I just know he don't know his caregivers are being treated in this way . If you don't mind a rude , unrealistic manager , who will call your phone to argue , by all means APPLY . But please have bond money sat aside!

They chastise and belittle you through text messages and they have very ghetto , low quality personalities to the point where they can't even speak or reply to simple dialects in a professional manner or conduct their selves with any kind of professionalism on their behalf . They will belittle you at times and make you feel very low every chance they get . As a former employee of this company for over 2 years , I have the right to leave a honest review about my experiences within this company just as well as the other former patients of the company . The female coordinators & managers operate more out of their emotion rather than with professionalism & leadership . They will get upset with you and cut your hours at any given time out of spite so it's best to always keep another source of income (like myself ) when joining this company.... Its no sense of balance with this job , its either you get less than 40 hours a week or an overload of unplanned overtime that the scheduler will put onto your schedule when people choose to not work or leave early & they will have you passing unknown meds and doing procedures that you are not certified at doing without much help , knowledge or training... it's a very nerve -wrecking job but I appreciate my time and the very little opportunities they have provided for me while being employed here .

The building director is not a trained social worker or case manager. She makes threats that are illegal. She doesnt know landlord tenant tenant law. A lot of staff turnover. There is a crew of 5 ladies that practilly run the place. Making decisions that effect all the residents. The manager does have a monthly meeting with residents where residents can speak freely. The hot water took an incredible amount of time to get to my room and sometimes not at all. I didnt always do my part I am disabled with a spinal cord injury. I had to hire outside help to try to meet her "Mind,Body,Spirit" expectations. She told me repeatedly when I told her I could NOT do everytthing physically she expected even brought her notes from my doctot but she consistently said. YOU CAN DO IT YOU JUST ARENT TRYING. Very unfair. I could continue but you have enough to understand. If you arent perfect or cant be part of "The Click" I wouldnt consider going there.

Besides the view, other pluses are staff with an open door policy (they do listen). Also, three tasty meals are served daily (I'm partial to their fried chicken.) It's independent living, so you take care of yourself medically. But you're never alone; there's always someone with whom to share the good- and not so good- parts of growing older. In all, Skyline Village is a fun place to live!

04/14/26 Kind, Caring Staff at Aspire Physical Recovery…read moreCenter We want to thank the staff at Aspire Physical Recovery Center for the kindness and care shown to my brother Tim Elders. Donna was helpful in arranging the care plan meeting and serving as a contact person for questions, and there was also a Donna at the front desk who was very helpful. Brittany kindly called with a reminder about the meeting. Angel, Dallas, Monica, Jessica, Katherine Hunter, and Reagan Young were also kind and helpful in different ways. Rachel was especially thoughtful. She kept her word and called with an update on Tim's swallowing and speech therapy, and we appreciated that very much. She also gave my brother a stuffed snake and another stuffed animal, which meant a great deal. We also appreciated a tall gentleman in the building who kindly helped us know where to go. The bathrooms and restrooms were very clean and organized, the meals were tasty, and everyone we have dealt with at Aspire has been very nice and very helpful. Mark Elders for Tim Elders

It's clean, quiet and comfortable. It's definitely a pleasant experience. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because there's only one RN assigned to a unit. Not a shift, but only one RN per unit period. The other staff members are extremely nice and friendly but that RN is overwhelmingly stressed being the only nurse. Nonetheless, they took good care of her. The Business Owner's response to my initial post above is exactly why they have so poor comments. Instead of offering condolences on the recent loss of my sister 2 days ago. He's trying to get more business. A cold, unbearable business practice. It's all about the money to him. I would have preferred no response.

It has truly been a diasaster from the beginning. First of all they promised several services that never happened. While we were being recruited we were told they would make sure he got haircuts, doctor visits, and trips to the store to buy toiletries and other necessities. None of that happened. Instead, we would get frantic calls constantly telling us we had to leave work immediately and bring him things because he needed it emergency style. They offer phone service, which we signed up for. It took over a month to get phone service working. After he was there for only 3 months they reassessed his care level. Even though his doctor reported no changes to his health they moved him from care step 0 to care step 4. They raised our monthly rate by $300 with only a week and a half notice. When we expressed surprise at this decision we were spoken to very rudely by the director. 2 weeks later, after just being assessed as a level 4, we were told that they did another assessment and he was now off the charts and must get out. We were given a 30 day notice. His health today is no different than the day he moved in. There was no rapid decline that you would expect from the jump in care levels over a 5 month period. In addition, the staff repeatedly lied to us about his needs. It was hard to tell what he really needed and how his health actually was because of the constant exaggerations. He is now at Elmcroft in Grayson Valley and has a nicer room in a nicer facility with a much more professional staff and we couldn't be happier to have him moved.

This was my first experience with caring for a loved one and I thought that we had found the perfect place for my father. I was wrong. We've had many problems. To begin with, our contract signing very was rushed, and was completed by an employee who I never saw again after that day. There were many things that were explained incorrectly or not at all. When we were recruited, there were lots of promises made. Haircuts, doctor's visits, and trips to the store for supplies are just a few of the services that we were told that my father would receive that never or very rarely happened. I would usually receive a very demanding phone call any time Dad needed anything. I was happy to do those things, but am still very confused about what we were told. Also not explained to me was the fact that Country Cottages reserves the right to raise their rates, as much as they would like, at any time, without notice. A few months ago my father's rates were raised by over $300.00 a month, less than 2 weeks before the payment was due. Certain members of the care staff and management began to lie to us and greatly exaggerate details about his health in order to raise their rates (ridiculous, over the top exaggerations). Eventually the director used this false information to force him to move out against his wishes. This situation has caused my family much hardship. I strongly recommend that you save your time, money, and sanity and avoid this place at all costs.
