She is ignorant and rude to all the people here, we caught her talking bad about people here and other families including our own. She EVEN ignores our call buttons when there sitting there doing nothing, but when you say something about it they cancel the call so you have to press it over and over again until finally someone comes after 20 minutes. she is really ruining the reputation for all of us here. I've seen multiple reviews about her and honestly not trying to be a karen but someone really needs to have a talk about how she treats people and how her work is done here because she clearly doesn't give a f*** about anyone here.

Administration is always available for any questions or concerns and they address right away, really! My mom has been here for 3 years in long term care and we as a family feel supported and heard. Isn't that the best thing ever when you have concerns for your loved one? The most current review is 2024 and it was a 5 star! There are no low star ratings after 2020. Here it is 2026 and they have and do work hard to continuously improve. They care and want to make it right, just bring it to the administration's attention. They are the best and their staff is great. Don't let the overall past rating sway you. Check it out for yourself.

I have nothing positive to say about the oppressive corporate leadership, and in areas involving my health care, religious freedom, and personal money, I've filed numerous complaints, asking for State-required Grievance Committee procedures, but never receiving any feedback or resolution of problems that didn't need to be covered-up or denied, as was the case. I witnessed the poor care received by other residents and was only reprimanded for voicing by complaints to the staff involved in it. It is sad and unfortunate that Shepherd's ratings have declined over the years, when it is so well funded by well-meaning donors.
