The food was amazing. I had the kicking shrimp tacos and sea salt Carmel fries. Both were amazing. The service was horrible!!! It was not busy, but around 2:15 pm (so not lunch or dinner. It literally took 15 minutes to get water. Another 15 minutes to finally place our order. When the food came, we had to silverware and had to track her downstairs enjoy to get some silverware. When we asked for extra napkins she huffed off returned with napkins and basically threw them at our table and left without saying a word. Really rude!!! read more

I went earlier in the afternoon when they were much slower as a first time going. I ordered the Cordon Bleu rolls and the sweet potato fries that are served with bacon and maple sauce. The rolls are pizza dough so its alot denser than a traditional Cordon Bleu. I honestly don't know what I expected it to be. It was pretty tasty but after a while it just feels like eating cooked dough with some ham and shredded chicken. The fries are a no. The description painted a certain impression that the taste did not match. If I had to compare their taste to anything they taste exactly like TGIFridays chips that you get at the store. The cheddar & bacon potato skins. Like exactly like them. If you had those chips and read the description of the fries it doesn't add up. I also had a lemonade but it was like a diabetic made it. I've been here twice and the first time the hostess kept sizing me up and being aggressive with me from the second my husband and I walked in. The second time there were about 8 staff members at the hostess stand that took a good minute to even acknowledge us. Once we were seated, we never saw a server. After about 15 minutes we left. Showed up on a Sunday around 5 and the place was kind of slow. Menus, tables and floor are all sticky and it smells like an old dive bar. Waitstaff are on point but the cooks absolutely suck. Ordered a Breakfast burger cooked medium and it came out raw as the day the cow was born, so I sent it back. French Fries came out cold and my wife's shrimp tacos came on a bed of soggy lettuce. I can't prove it but I'm almost 95% certain the CORNDOG my kid ate jacked his guts up. I cannot and will not recommend this place to anyone beside someone looking for a bottle beer and won't be returning again. read more

My first trip to this restaurant today had some ups and downs. We were nicely greeted and then sat at a semi-sticky table. Our server was lacking in the energy department and our appetizer of the chips and queso blanco came with very greasy tortilla chips. The food came out pretty quickly and the catfish street tacos were fabulous. The okra could've used a bit of salt but weren't too bad. Their sweet tea was good but the chocolate cake was definitely just a frozen cake that was thawed out and you could tell it wasn't homemade. I have to say that we had a really great first experience here! Our server was amazing, so attentive, and knew so much about the beers and drinks. The food was delicious! We can't wait to go back and try a little of everything on the menu! We got the southwest egg rolls and the supreme pizza and our son got a burger with their yummy homemade French fries. This was our first time here. It wasn't busy, but the hostess sat us at a table that hadn't been wiped from the last guests. Actually, there were several dirty tables. I understand the concept of being short staffed, but it is unacceptable to me that with covid still at an elevated level a restaurant employee would seat someone at an unwiped table! Even when the waitress came by to apologize and wipe our table, she did a half assed job and only wiped in a quick circle. Fortunately, I keep sanitizing wipes in my purse, so I wiped our table. The BBQ cheddar burger and their signature french fries are as good as the old Fuddruckers at the Killeen Mall. Their staff are very nice to deal with and don't wait for you to take a bite then ask you a dumb question with your mouth full like some of the other places around town. If any place has it on the menu that's my go to order to determine if I'll like the place ;) The chicken was huge, totally domineering 4 teeny tiny waffles underneath. I was okay with that, at first, given the size of the chicken (see photo)! But then, I tried to cut into said chicken and was disappointed. We sat down at the table we were brought to even though we asked for a booth as I have an SD and their tables were small and awkward ... was told they didn't have booths, but saw empty ones. After sitting, immediately an employee was screaming at the top of his lungs and the entire place erupted. The noise was so bad we couldn't sit. My SD started shaking and stood up, I stood up. My husband asked me to sit back down but the noise got louder as the employees and customers were all yelling. People were pounding the tables and ... well ... we left. All I was wanting was to taste their food and have a glass of wine or something. All we got was very loud crazy noise on an afternoon when all we wanted was to try a new place. So finally decided to try this place, brought my dad and my wife. Waiter was prompt, and service was alright, no real complaints there. Now comes the food, the chips and queso, nothing fancy, just fine. All three of us ordered burgers, wife got the bang bang, I got the one topped with seared jalapeño, dad got a straight up cheeseburger. We all asked for medium on our burgers, yea I know, asking for a medium burger was the first mistake. Either way the burgers they brought out to us were just a bit undercooked, and by just a bit I mean it was almost raw inside. Fries were left under a heat lamp to for so long they were dry by the time we got them. So all and all, service, no complaints, food? I'd stick with apps and drinks and maybe you'd be alright.
