I had to cancel a lumber order for the structure going on the concrete pad he was supposed to install due to all the delays. Brendan agreed that he wouldn't be able to do the job as promised and agreed to return my deposit. After another month of excuses I had to take him to court. I can't comment if he actually does good work or not. If you do hire him do not give a deposit to start the job.
